  Location: Quidditch Pitch (Gryffindor Try-outs) Tanya was persistant that Leonette knew before walking onto the pitch. It kept things interesting but deep down she wondered if she would even make the team. It wasn't seeming to likely she hadn't even tried to score. Cheers, finally got a bludger hit of my own. Ronna usually had a habit of dodging bludgers, it was a natural reaction, and she was fairly decent at it, but Cameron was a really good beater-probably even on an off day which he had seem to be having- and she was a bit rusty. Seeing a bludger head back towards her, which really was Cameron's general habit-send the bludger back from wherever it came from, she tried to dodge and brace for impact at the same time. She winced and let out a few curse words under her breath as she felt the welt already forming on her upper thigh where the bludger Cameron hit had made contact with her. Awkward bruises, but at least it wasn't somewhere people would see it. Her eyes followed the bludger that hit her and she took the advantage of it still being close to swing her bat at it and aim towards Toby who had taken advantage of her business apparently to hit Tanya. This is just a weird match... Ronna watched as Jacob moved to block the bludger she had lobbed towards Toby and she realized he missed it and she winced returning her attention to the chasers who seemed to be in the middle of stealing and re-stealing the quaffle from each other. Though she watched the other players calculating her next move she listened for any nearby bludgers as they were noisy enough to catch the sound of if you focused-or at least they were in a quiet stands, it might not work actually in a real game. She didn't think it was ethical to target Toby again, besides the try-outs seemed oddly one sided since she was the only beater making hit after hit. After her temper problem shown way too many times the year before she didn't want to be remembered as only being able to target and hit people. A one sided game just seemed wrong. Figures, she show up for try outs expecting to do bad and have good luck playing. The irony would probably be funny later but not at the moment.
