Aha! After the Internet cut out on my other computer (c/o my retarded brothers playing Xbox live) I finally got back here and I have figured it all out thanks to everyone.
I enjoy this so far. I'll just lurk in this thread for a bit now.

There shall be no schmancy-pantsy Shonen Jump direction. domokun If it helps, maybe we should just call it a graphic novel.
Whooo... worked up. All better now.
And the reason I left all that space was a stylistic choice. I just like the diminishing effect is gives, as like she's moving further away into the cave.

Were they really no-nos, Komo? Could you get a little more specific?
I was thinking the way he did them illistrighted the point well. She's supposed to be gettign deeper and deeper into the cave, and the panels getting smaller gives that feeling off well. Also the size of the spash... perfect.

I think personally that the panels on the first page could be slightly larger, but I like the basic idea.

Geez, you don't need to eat my soul or anything. I liked it too, but we could just as easily use those three squares in a similiar mannar without leaving a big... void. I don't like voids. They're void-y. The concepts for the panals on page three were really nice, and at great views that also captured the size of the splash and such, but they didn't need to be that big and to-their-own-page-ness. Keep in mind you have to click and wait for the image to load every time you turned a page, and more pages also means more work for me. stare
Well I'm going to go sleep now. Any last comments before I go?

Hey, I'm willing to work on other stages of the manga as well, K0m0d0. domokun And of course these are just preliminaries. There is change to be had if needed! And keep in mind, the pages will be about twice the size of these. Anything that looks kinda small will be much bigger. I like how this one came out: Page 4EDIT: DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE, I'M GONNA CATCH ME SOME PHAT SURF DOG, YO, WEST-SIDE MY HOMIES FO SHIZZLE.Question answered, Jimmy? xd

I'm just trying to tell you people to use the page to it's fullest. It's better for everyone. You don't need to go a-questioning my dedication to this here fox-squid-boy.
