If Sakura has an opening in the crew, and you are a dedicated member, you may stand a chance of being allowed to join the crew, but only if you are deemed worthy to join them.

Theres nothing you can "do" You have to earn it by being a respectable member of this guild. I'm pretty sure your new so this isn't going to happen any time soon.

What everyone has said is completely right but you can up your chances by becoming a dedicated member, be seen knowing the rules and not breaking them, do constructive posts and be seen interacting with the other guildies, being active and it all depends on how sakura feels at the time as i know we do not have openings at the moment. but really it all depends.
