Lyss was at home, trying to do her Chemistry homework and watch the news at the same time.

One of the nearby high schools, Arlington High School, had three teens arrested for planning a Columbine attack at the school on April 20, 2010.

We talked about this in my English class today. Apparently, they had 500-600 rounds of ammunition, enough to do some serious damage.

My school is only 9 miles away, so thank goodness there wasn't a copycat at our school.

Oh wow,I hadn't hear about that. In our school we have had bomb threats (though none of them were real) in the past, but to think someone would plan that far into the future like that is sad. Something needs to be done in the school. I have o clue what but it should be somewhat safe for kids right?

You hardly ever hear of that in English schools o.O Maybe its because you have to be a certain age to buy guns, and its hard to obtain one anyway.

That's scary. There was a shooting at a high school near me a year or two ago. The most disturbing one, I think, was the one at the Amish school, though.

In my old school we've only had a few fights, but thankfully never shootings.
