I got mine but i have the stupid "too fast" glitch. Anyway... only takes about 15 min. The fastest way is to Go outside and do it.. there's more stuff and less people. But heres the list of what to click. (everything can be clicked 3 times before it must be reset by going to the other area)
INSIDE
Grey balls
Speakers
Supports on Wheels
DJ booth
OUTSIDE
Lightposts
Trashcans
Shopping Carts
Dumpster

Sakura-Kyoukan I got mine but i have the stupid "too fast" glitch. Anyway... only takes about 15 min. The fastest way is to Go outside and do it.. there's more stuff and less people.
