The other day I turned on my mp3 and it said Boot Error! Please format unit. Of course, the evil thing didn't show up on my computer and troubleshooter told me to uninstall and reinstall. It won't reinstall. On top of that, I can't even use the software because the computer is not recognizing the disk drives and I don't know how to fix that! It's all very frustrating! crying
