Well, it's labeled mov.mp4. Anyway, in properties for file type: MPEG-4 Movie. And VLC won't play it, but I agree, VLC is magiks!

i dont know anything much about computers but can you rename it at all? Like, change it to "something.mp4"? i dont know if that'll help at all

I wouldn't think the name of the file would matter, just what I use to play it an the extention.

The Great overlord Odama to the rescue! j/k well I'd say use klite codec pack just google that and u'll find it, its the one with media player classic (not to be confused with windows media player)

yeah prob not, i just remember on my old comp when it couldnt play files I would change the name to something like "cat.jpg" and then it would open. Now that i think about it though, that was only when it didnt know what type of file it was >.< sorry about that

Apple quicktime won't play it either.
It may have just been google videos acting up, or just not downloading right.
