Greetings, fellow guild members. I am currently on a mission while here today. You see, I need donations to create a new guild that I hope many will join. It shall be called "Advent Assassins." But, as you have probably guessed, these donations will be used to build up the needed amount of gold for this guild, and I hope many of you will join. Thank you kindly, and have a Happy Easter!

You could be more specific about what the guild would be. People are more likely to donate gold if the gold is going to something that they think is important. (You'd be hard pressed to get RPers to donate to an anti-RP guild for example)
