Possible, not likely, but possible. Its mostly the 10 days part. the kiki itself is completely and utterly possible. But those ten days isn't going to happen most likely. I'd say that it's not much of an everlasting quest, since it's only one item (that's at the moment less than a million) still hard, but definitely not everlasting.
