Most likely not neutral There's not much in the way of matching and it feels pretty bland.

Well, the arena is packed full of anime cosplays, so it's rather unfair, but if you want comments and ratings from me you can first post your avatar subject and RP.

It's possible if you perfect the matching (sorry but the scarf messes it up) and get amazing art (and a good story).
It's not the kind of "cluttered matching" that makes avatars win simply by their looks.
Anyway, it's easier to win having a cosplay or a situation avatar (Look at the best this week for an example of situation avatar) than a simply good looking avatar.
