Allo, i'm iSephi. you may know me in the pokemon battling world, you may not. for those who do, I welcome you with open arms

Now then, on to business, this here is to be a small league, having only four gyms and 3 elites ((2 of the four and a champ)) its kinda just half a league... but oh well. In here, hacks ((NO POKESAV! [unless stats are legal.])) such as catching them outside normal parameters (Place) or Maxed IV's and Easy EV (Which I have used.) Are allowed. allow me to show you what I mean


Say a person sends out a Totally normal Bronzong Max IV's seem odd to you so you check its catch place (Surprise Surprise) Its not the right spot, or from an egg, and the nature is exactly right for the type of pokemon it is to be.

Say, a Bronzong with All Max IV's.
All Max EV's (255 is still the limit. NO EXCEPTIONS)
Good Moveset (No cheater moves, like a bronzong with ... i dunno, a move it doesnt normally learn, like Roar of Time.)
Good Item.
Perfect Nature
And Such.

999 speed (Lol, like that would happen.)


999 Stats are totally unfair and disallowed. Always. Deal with it you cheaters.

Anyway, I'm also going to name the region and Towns Making a poll will help me decide xDD here we goes.

May I suggest a few things?
And maybe correct some errors?

First of all, you might want to say Elite Two or The Elite Duet. (E2 instead of E4)
Next, you may want to give a true example of what DOESN'T belong.
Lastly, I know I don't hack BUT could I be a gym leader? I go with a psychic/dragon/dark theme.

if you could narrow it down to one thing like Psychic/Dark or Psychic /Dragon, they both fall in the Psychic category (Dark/Dragon Works.) And yeah, i'll fix that all up, thanks

Forgot to edit but, you can use three types cause theres only going to be half as many gyms/Elites, so you can use three (or two, depends on if you want to change.)

imma thinkin about it xDD anyway, Dialga is INSANE with the right strat so, I think you may be hard to beat, though the Three Psychics can be swept by bugs... sweatdrop When you get Wi-fi, I challenge you with my bug team xP

If I may say so myself, I very well may be Gym Leader Potential. I'll of coruse be tested if you wish it, I've been him many a time my good people, but if its mandatory, then I shall. If I win then I shall like a town called Turquoise please.
