Loncat Scarf comes from a the infinity hat item that was sold at the cash shop originally but no longer can be purchased from there.
Scar of the hero comes from, I believe, Pink magical Giftbox.
In short, neither can be obtained except by buying from someone else if your not getting Pink magical gifrboxes. (it might appear in blue ones though.)
