...getting into shape?
I'm already taking a P.E. class at my school, but I'd like to do a little better - push myself a little harder. Because usually, after five minutes of running I get completly worn out. :/ I figured since this is a fitness forum, I could ask you guys.
Thanks everybody heart

It depends what you define as "getting into shape" Is it to lose weight, gain weight, grow muscles, tone your body...etc etc
Is there a gym you can go to? If not, skipping ropes are a good inventory to have to burn off some calories. Remember to control your breathing and take regular rests! And exercise regularly or there may be minimal effects to body.

Just keep at running, if it's how you want to loose the weight. The more you do it, and the more you push yourself, the higher your endurance will become.

If you want to improve your endurance than practice running on your own, jump roping, or power walking. *Remember do something you love to do so exercise will be more fun for you*
If you want to tone your body or gain muscle than wieght lifting.
Just don't go overboard.

It actually depends on what you want to do: just become fit, lose weight, become stronger.
If you just want to become fit, I suggest you find a good sport you like and play and practice often. Playing sports constantly, especially ones that make you run, is a great and fun way to become more fit.
If you want to lose weight, go to the gym and get together with someone who is in shape and knows how to really work. That, or just use the treadmill often. ^_^
To become stronger, lift weights and do pushups and squats. Not comfy, but it works. ;P

If you want to lose weight, just keep running. Increase the load more every week. Like one week you're running 5 minutes, the next, try and run a bit more. Increase it every week. If you want to tone your muscles, pick up those weights. Play a sport or join a gym. Martial arts works too. Anything that will keep your interest.
