I noticed that a site was using the Gaia favicon. I wondered if that might constitute as stolen property.

I'm currently hosting a contest in the ATG clan...

I found this in the site feedback forum. According to what Fleep (one of the head-honchos) posted in the thread, he implied that this was not done legally, or at least to the extent of his knowledge. If you look next to the url bar, it shows a little picture. This site is using the EXACT same icon Gaia uses. I really just felt like sharing, really.

Eh, sometimes people don't do it on purpose. There used to be a bug where the little URL Icon wouldn't load right and it would keep the one from the previous site you were at.

Even if it was on purpose though, That website is horrible. I don't know if it's really charge-pressingly pertinent.
