	If it's for ZOMG, in the Clans forum. If it has a purpose other than ZOMG, in the Guilds forum. Naturally, Clans were designed for ZOMG but that doesn't mean they -must- be for the game. And, of course, put a link to it in your signature. And on your profile.

	i would say, the best place would be on zomg. get to know them first. XD -i don't advise spam thou... it annoys the hell out of people when the see spam advertisement
