Unable to change equipment - Answered

Hi, I just started this game few days ago and I got some equipment and stuff so I wanted to change my characters clothing. Well I went to "My Gaia" and then "Avatar" but the picture on the left does not show my character.. Just a "x" in a blue box. I've tried on 2 other computers and they do not work either, any possible answers? (I've used safari, firefox, and internet explorer. Also I've done it on a mac and windows xp)

Try clearing your cache and cookies. I don't know how to do it on anything but Firefox. Go to 'Tools' > 'Clear Private Data' > 'Clear Now' [be sure to check the boxes next to cache and cookies, the rest don't really matter in this situation.]

That feature was disabled for a time yesterday. It should work now.
