Hm. I rather like it the way it is.
However, if you feel the need to make it a bit more... aesthetically pleasing, I guess, then I have a few little suggestions.
First, I'd throw in a few more items to make it seem more full, like you have fully utelized item slots. As it, it's quite nice, but seems a little sparse.
Secondly, I might add in one more color to the mix. It'll make for a little bit more to look at, thus meaning the person viewing the avatar looks at it for longer, getting a more educated (better, I'd hope) opinion.
