You could microwave them. Not exactly the same, but....

At the camp I went to last week, there was way too many people to do real smores. The cooks made a ton of them in the oven. They weren't the same at all crying

Microwaved s'mores? That is disgusting. At least make them in the oven if you can't have a fire.

Also there is no such thing as too many people to toast marshmallows around a fire, obviously the camp staff had no clue what they were doing.

And there are plenty of ways to bathe when camping, including going for a swim in the lake and using a portable camp shower.
