I don't really like to post my typed creations...i'm very timid with them, but this one is special because I write alot and never finish anything. I think this is like the 3rd maybe 4th story I've completed, so I thought I'd show some of it at least since I put so much effort into it.
You can blame Asian horror movies, I watch too many and they gave me the idea for this....which is probably why the characters are Korean.

The loud obnoxious ring of the phone woke me suddenly from a light sleep.
“Yeah?” I answered groggily and slightly irritated.
“Lee please tell me Cho Ah is with you.” Mi Na, my friend’s mother said panic stricken from the other line.
“Nah, haven’t seen her” I said half aware of myself.
“Are you sure, she said was going to pick up something she left at the school, but that was two hours ago and she hasn’t returned. I thought she might have gone somewhere but…she would have let me know or something.”
“Sorry” I mumbled, “Haven’t seen her since noon.
Mina paused before replying disappointed, “Alright but if you hear or see her tell her to call me or you do the same.” She hung up not bothering to add a parting phrase.
I knew Cho Ah since we were twelve, and to me it didn’t seem unusual for her to run off to play without consenting her mom. She even once dyed her hair red just to be different; she said it was her way of letting out stress. It was only a couple hours she probably ran into Kwan and got lost in his eyes again.
“Lee, I’m sorry I put worms in your soup.”
“I’m sorry I put super glue in your hair…”
“Instead of being enemies lets be friends Ok? Friends forever.”
“…Alright, friends forever.”

Because we were the top two students in our school, An and I had always butted heads for number one. In the end we decided pulling pranks on each other wasn’t worth the humiliation we put ourselves through. And we promised, never to fight again.
I dropped back onto my bed almost forgetting the panicked Mi Na. If there was anything to worry about it could wait until morning.
I scanned through the crowds looking for Cho Ah, I hadn’t heard from her or her family, so perhaps she made it home after all. By the time I had made it to class I still hadn’t seen my friend. Her house wasn’t far, I could run over and check up before the class started.
“Sorry”, a shorter guy said as he brushed past ramming into my shoulder.
Although I knew he wasn’t sorry I shrugged it off. Shin Kim and I would never be friends, as his widowed Mother barely made enough to keep her and her son alive his grades were the only thing keeping him in school. I on the other hand was lucky to be born to a family of doctors.
I knocked timidly on the door, if An was home and everything was fine, I’d be embarrassed to have been so worried. I was expecting to see Mi Na and An when the door swung open. Instead I found a distraught Mi Na staring back.
“Did you find her?” She urged.
“Uh, n-no that was why I came here.” I stuttered.
Mi Na stepped aside to let me in revealing a strange man dressed up nicely.
“This is Park Lee, a close friend,” she said gesturing to me. The man nodded and turned his attention to me.
“Detective Kye” He finished for her.
“What’s going on?”I asked confused.
“This might be hard for you to hear, but this morning at about four thirty An’s bag was found behind the old ware house. We have still yet to find her whereabouts.”
I leaned back shocked. Cho Ah was…missing.
‘That’s not all,” He continued. “There was also a large amount of, blood on the ground as well.
Why would anyone want to hurt Cho Ah?
“She’s not dead.”I said abruptly.
“Were not saying she is, but if that’s not the case she’s probably in much danger.
That was when I began to lose it. When I had finally gotten the gall to return to class the following week I was confronted by a very angry vice principal.
“You’ve got to get your head in gear, the school’s reputation relies on its best students, and you’re at the top! If you fall back even for a bit we suffer don’t you understand!?”
Their pressuring hadn’t bothered me much before, until…
“Who do you think you are?! Do you think you can go around telling people to work their butts off while you sit around and complain! My best friend is missing and you can’t give me even the smallest amount of sympathy!” Before I had realized it…my hand was outstretched and tightened into a ball. The vice principal was on the ground shocked with blood dripping from his nose.
I swung around marching toward the door ignoring the threats coming at me from behind.
“Park, wait! Hey, I just wanna talk with you.”
“What?!” I spat back at Kwan.
I was being waited for by a concerned Kye leaning against the wall. “Could I steal a minute of your time?” He asked.

Now excuse me I have to find a dark hole to hide in.
