if you're talking about the Coal-ossal Fail, it was a special event that ZOMG had during christmas.
That means if you want a Coal-ossal Fail you'd better just go buy one.

ZOMG will have special events every once and awhile where they release special recipes and special monsters/ways to get material to make the items. which will then disappear after awhile.
