Squad 7 Training Grounds

'' Oh, it's not a problem. I have to train for the jounin exams anyway. My taijutsu and genjutsu could use a boost, just like yours'', Noa smiled. She knew she had neglected training a lot, she only did her usual running and fighting at night. She hadn't learned anything new for a while.
'' Just pick something, and I'll see if I can learn it to you'', Noa said, stretching her muscles so she couldn't strain herself on this. It would look really awkward to see an Oinin have muscle pain after a little bit of exercise.

Tadashi smiled seing the boy ready to train and hearing Noa saying she need help with genjutsu. "Noa you do realize that I am our village's best genjutsu specialist next to our hokage? If you really need help with it." Tadashi also turned to the boy wondering something else about him. "Can I ask you something? Whats your full name?"

Yumi smiled and nodded as he searched through the scrolls. His interest did peak though as he heard Tadashi speak about Genjutsu but he didn't want to be like a usual kid and run around them say 'Teach me this,and teach me that!' Tadashi and Noa were nice but even they had limits."Um.....is the 8 Gates too much for me to learn."Yumi asked softly,almost as if he was afraid to ask before he turned to Tadashi as he asked the question."I am Uchiha Yumi. S......From the Sun Ce Swordsmen branch of the Uchiha's."He said as he refused to be called the man's son. That is.....if you could even call that monster a father.....Everytime Yumi looked at his sword he was glad he murdered him with his own move and never show weakness again. Yumi's expression would be rather cold as he zoned out for a second after speaking to Tadashi before a childish smile broke upon that youthful face once more,"Why do you ask Tadashi-san?"

'' I guess I could teach you the first gate, the Initial gate'', Noa replied. She knew quite well that the 8 gates technique was forbidden. But what harm could be in only using the first gate? She was a medic after all, so it would be fine to her, but she had to think about Yumi as well. He seemed to want to become strong really fast and that could damage him.
'' But first I really need to know that you won't use this technique unless you really have to. Don't play the show off with it'', Noa said serious.
Then she turned to Tadashi again, to let Yumi think about his answer.
'' Hayato is my last name, I guess Uchiha is yours. Your offer is very generous, maybe you can help us both'', she said smiling.

Yumi smiled brightly as she said she could. He knew of it's origins and knew it was bad to use such a technique but it would behove him to become stronger. Yumi hated,truly hated,of not being able to help his village. Yes he helped Noa's Academy establishment but even that wasn't to the perfection that he wanted for her."Hai,Noa-sensei......I promise I won't do it. It's not a move to show off to people in the first place. But my body is already sort of attuned to speeds. I'm more of a speed person anyway."He said with a light smile as....well look at the boy. He didn't have the strongest physique in the world,but his body definately was geared to be nimble and deadly...or so he was hoping. And with the development of his sharingan mixed with his battojutsu and taijutsu he'll make Konoha proud!"And thank you again Tadashi-san....It would really help alot."Yumi said as he activated his sharingan the fateful day he finally revolted against his father.

''Well, lets begin then'', Noa said as she opened a scroll. She read through the technique very carefully and then tossed it to Yumi.'' You better learn the basics from this, it's quite clear''.
She sat down and began the meditate for a bit to come closer to her own body. She tried to define all her chakra gates and how they worked. She found the initial gate, and she increased the flow of chakra in her body to see it's reaction. The flow was blocked.(1)
She tried unleasing it this way, but that didn't work. She figured than she had to do it figthing. She ran around the ground and aimed for a tree. She brought up her arm and try to put more chakra in her arm through the initial gate. The flow of chakra in her body increased, but was still partly blocked by the initial gate(2).

Noa focussed her attention on her body again. She knew she had to press power on her body to get it to release that gate. It was harder than she thought it would be.
She aimed for another three and while preparing her punch she concentrated on every fiber of her arm, and imagined it filled with chakra. She tried not to feel rage, but stay relaxed, so it would easily open for her. She didn't need any distractions. When she slammed the tree, she crushed it easily. More easily than she usually did. But she when she looked inside her, she noticed the gate had still not fully opened. You could say there was a small crack in it.(3)
Once more the shinobi sought a target and found some left over dummies from Nakashima. She slammed her fists and feet right and left, still concentrating on excerting a great power. She felt more and more chakra flowing through her body as the gate cracked open a little more.(4)
She continued this and suddenly she felt a rapid speed increase, as well a strenght increase. She leaped forward and almost stumbled upon her own feet, she had not expected it to come so soon, since she hadn't trained in a while. She guessed she still had it. She made one kick and closed the gate(5)
Immidiatly she felt a huge fatigue take over her and she couldn't use her muscles anymore. She fell down on her knees and barely managed to stay up.
After a few minutes she could use her arms and a little chakra, which she used to heal herself.

Yumi watched eagerly as Noa demostrated the move but his fear for the move showed on his youthful face. He blinked,highly astonished at this power but shook his head as there was no way he could learn such a technique in one go;even with Noa-sensei with him. Even though Yumi could exhibit that speed through his Shukuchi,this was forcing more energy out through the chakra gates might not be the best idea for the time being."One second......Noa-sensei."Yumi said as he ran over to his tattered satchel and pulled out two pair of chakra enhanced weights;each 5 lbs. Putting a pair on both of his arms,and a pair on his legs,Yumi walked back over to Noa and sighed as he looked at to the scroll initating the first gates."Noa-sensei....do you think I can borrow this scroll. I....want to learn the Lotus's and the gates but.....This technique I'm not ready for."Yumi said a bit defeated but he wasn't going to stupidly initate a technique he hadn't trained for. It seemed from how the technique was layed out in the scroll,that you had to learn the techniques that came before the gate openings. In which,he would start his taijutsu training within the 8 gates first or at least learn 5 fighting techniques before unlocking the inner gates. He found one in particular interest to him known as Shoushitsu(Knee Strike). Moving over to a log that wasn't far from both of his teachers,Yumi moved over to the side of the knocked over wooden trunk and began to ram his knee into the bark;adding as strength training since he had weights adorning his body now also.

Alternating his knee's to smash into the trunk so he could conserve his strength for more training,Yumi continued his barrage. Keeping a steady strong pace of right...left,right left, as the trunk slowly began to chip away as he added more force.

Finally,Yumi began to thrust his knee into the trunk hard enough that the sound of cracking wood would fill his section of the area. Seeing how he should position his body and how he should thrust his knee forward,with a final deafening blow to the trunk it snapped in half. Yumi smiled and stretched himself out a little,wincing a bit to the pain on his knee's but he didn't dabble to much on it. He was just glad to have gotten a new move,which would be just add up soon. Moving back to the scroll,he started to look for another jutsu that he could learn.

Yumi picked out another type taijutsu known as Konoha Reppuu. This would help out when he fights an opponent that likes to charge in alot,and from what he read from the technique it would be a good follow up move. Starting in a basic sweep, Yumi squatted down,and imaged doing a backwards sweet against an imaginary opponent.

The second time,Yumi would then add a few strikes;shadow boxing with himself imagine how and when one should initate the attack. This would help him get more leg and arm strength since he was bearing the chakra weights as he worked on his kicks. Going from roundhouses,back kicks,skipping side-kicks,and heaven kicks to work on various parts of the leg as well as flexibility to some extent. Once his imaginary opponent made a 'slip',Yumi did a Wushu like combination as he did a roundhouse,into a Tornado kick,then upon landing went into a long,slow sweep. Making sure to have the technique before doing it fast;because as they say,'What you can do fast you can do slow!'

Finally,Yumi went back into his shadow boxing but this time fighting a little harder. First he'd go through a variety of kicking combo's;one specifically was a roundhouse,into a tornado kick,and finally into a 540 kick. Which is a kick,unlike the tornado kick,in which the user lands on the leg he kicked on. Once he felt he had enough shadow boxing and imaged the opponent once agan 'slipping up'. Once he found the opportunity he did the Konoha Reppuu fast,performing a backsweep to perfection as his leg would slide lick a weapon upon the ground. The grass that he sweeped upon would make a light tornado twister from the momentum he when through but unfortunately he sort of lost balence during the end of the technique. But at least he got the gist of the move."Look good Noa-sensei and Tadashi-san?"He asked them as he slowly pulled himself from the ground.

'' It's allright. I shouldn't have done it too, but I guess my control of chakra lets me easier control my gates for some reason. You can borrow that scroll if you want to. Just practise whatever you want from it, I am currently in no state to do anything for a while'', Noa said, as she sat down and watched his training progress.
She wondered what she would do next. She needed some good moves, to protect her village better. She wished she could do more offensive moves, but the only thing she had was taijutsu.
'' Don't dream about it, girl, you know you have to stay back for your matey's'', Noa said to herself with an accent. It sounded more fun that way and she wouldn't feel so sad about it. True, all she ever wanted was to be there for everyone she loved and she thought it would be best to accomplish that goal as a medic because she could save their lives. But she hadn't anticipated that it would be hard for her to join them in battle. That part bugged her a little.

Yumi shook smiled brighter at the hearing of him being able to borrow the scroll,"Ah thank you Noa-sensei!!!"He said happily as he continued to look through the scroll for a move. Though as he looked up from time to time he noticed something rather interesting; Noa seemed to be in deep thought as her eyes were lightly narrowed and gave an overall expression that something was bugging her."Are you ok?" Yumi asked softly as he placed the scroll lightly on the ground and moved to a tree he was practicing on but turned himself so that he could listen. He was still a child but that doesn't mean that he can't listen to grown-ups problems. As he awaited her answer Yumi took a step back and started on a bit simpler fighting technique so he won't be so tired by the end of training. Getting back into his light foot unorthodox fighting style,Yumi took a couple of steps towards the tree and tried an over exagerated side kick or better known as Dynamic Entry.

After hitting the wood and sadly feeling no true power in the kick Yumi would try again but this time add more hip into it. He didn't,although,stop listening if Noa wished to speak as he started to go slowly through the steps. Looking over the move,Yumi made a couple of steps forwards,did a light leap and stuck out his foot for a side-kick. Doing this slower version of the move,seemed to click after the second time as he stepped away from his target with confidence. After getting into his stance he bounced on his toes before springing forward,taking a jump and swinging his leg in a more circular motion before extending it into a side kick. For extra power he added a little chakra which definately made a hard impacting sound against the tree in which he sprung off after contact. That's definately help if I don't want to use my sword. Yumi thought to himself before he moved back to the scroll and plopped down.

Yumi was about to check another jutsu as he felt...he had at least three more to learn before being completely wiped out of chakra. But as he scanned he felt something land on his shoulder and noticed it was a messanger bird as normally birds don't just sit on pedestrians and also don't have note's tied to their feet. Taking the bird gingerly in his tiny hands,Yumi unraveled the note inside and blinked before smiling happy,"Kage nii-san wants me?"Yumi said brightly as he hadn't spoken to him in ages. Standing up quickly and feeling much stronger Yumi ran over to gather his things. Putting them all in his tattered brown satchel and grabbing Amaterasu as the hilt gleamed brightly against the afternoon sun. Moving over to Noa and Tadashi Yumi bowed very low and said happily,"Thank you both for you time and help. I'm sure that I will make you all proud. And Noa-sensei thank you for the scroll. I'm sure it will help me."Yumi said before sprinting from the Squad 7 grounds,going back the same way he came as to avoid the obtrusive traps.

Noa waved Yumi goodbye as she stayed where she was. She wondered if Takashi would come to train with her, or if he rather stayed where he was as well. She relaxed and closed her eyes for a moment. She would know if anything or anyone around her changed whatever it, he or she was doing.

Noa felt a flow of disturbing information entering her mind when her clone poofed away and ran off to do what she had to do.

Tadashi was left alone and once again dark thoughts filled his mind. He did have regrets for all the things he was soon going to do. He was starting to dread the day he became a jonin for he would change completely. He left he thought he should ssee if Noa wanted to train a little.
