Hello guys. My name is Jamie and I'm getting Baptized February 7th 2010.
I thought I would share this with you because I just wanted you to know. My commitment to Jesus was in 6th grade. I have known about him my whole life but I felt connected to him more in 6th grade. I have finally decided to get Baptized and live the rest of my life as Jesus' forever friend.

Thats so great to hear! God will open so many more doors for you now, I just got baptized last year and I've felt so much better ever since that day. Your a whole new person after being baptized and it always feels better.

good for you i am glad to hear you are getting a baptism, when i got mine i was scared at first but after i felt so much more connected to God.

I got baptized at 6 months old. But that was before I felt I actually connected to God. So i want to get baptized again.

Congrats on your baptism.
I was dedicated to Christ as a young infant. After years of being a lover of the lord I was finally baptized on June 28th 2009 along side with my older sister! It was completely amazing and I've been forever changed!
I even have the whole baptism and sermon for that day on DVD
I dedicated my daughter when she was only 5 days old and I pray that she will come to follow Christ and that she decides to be baptized when she is old enough to fully understand what exactly she will be doing by choosing it.

I remember being baptized when I was 13 years old. I believe I got baptized June 1st, 2003 at 2:48 p.m. Maybe I memorize that because it was a special day. Being baptized is the greatest feeling ever. It's a very mysterious thing. You've fully given your life to Christ and I remember the experience as being cold, yet interesting. It feels like a load of something was lifted (in this instance, the correct term is probably 'sin') and I was happy about it, as it should be.
Glad to hear you are being baptized =) I bet once that happens, the angels in Heaven will be throwing a bash for ya.
