Keiji lifted his brow as he herd the jutsu he was going to learn, also learning the hand signs carefully he gave a nod as he caught the scroll. Looking it over he started with the first jutsu Ratio wanted him to learn.
(sorry don't know how many posts or words i need to learn this jutsu)
0/3. Keiji rubs hi hands and starts to get ready, with one last smile he slowly starts to do the hand signs. With a failure he tries again, again and again.
1/3. Sighing and scratching his head, Keiji looks up at Ratio and shakes his head, knowing this wasn't going to be easy he starts again. Doing the hand signals right the only thing he needed to do was channel his chakara.
2/3. Continuing to channel his chakara Keiji does all the necessary hand-signs and chakara channeling his body begins to gleam in a light glow, he smiles up at Ratio but he knows he can take it further.
3/3. Doing it again but a little faster his body begins to glow a little brighter, but his scars on his arms, legs, and face glow ever so brightly |

Raito smiled "good now I will give you two jutsu's at a time that way we will get through this quicker" Raito said. Raito raised his hands and proceeded to show Keiji the first two jutsu's, handsigns for Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu and Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique).
Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all. |

Tora nodded then pulled out a kunai and began on the first technique. first she focused on the chakra in the wind around the area, then she threw the kunai at a tree and tried to speed it up with a gust of wind. unfortunately that didnt work and the kunai was blown off to the side instead.

Tora sighed as she pulled out another kunai then took carefull aim and threw the kunai. she made a quick pushing motion with her hand and the wind instantly blew powerfully behind the kunai causing it to go faster a stab deeper into the tree it was flying at.

Tora now focused on the wind by the kunai. By making pulling motions with her arms Tora tried to pull the kunai out of the tree with the wind, but unfortunately it wasn't working all too well. Tora sighed but kept pulling at the kunai adding in more chakra to the wind to get it to pull harder.

Finally Tora gave one large pull and the wind pulled the kunai from the tree and sent it flying at her. Tora held out her left hand and watched as the kunai flipped in mid air and pierced through her left hand getting stuck in the thick tissue of her palm. Tora simply looked at the blood dripping from her palm and the kunai which caused the wound with a blank expression, then looked at Raito and motioned for the next jutsu's.
