Okay since I'm super noobish, I might as well ask:

I just bought that Trading Post thing for 500g. Did I need to buy that? I was confused and didn't know what it was for...

And also I know you earn gold by posting, voting, and exploring the site, but which is the best way and quickest way?

And where is a good place to buy outfits from? I see everyone with the cutest outfits and I'm so jealous!!! xp

The trading pass allows you to trade and buy items from the Marketplace. It's something you wanted to get. Places to buy items are the Shops and the Marketplace. The more expensive items (RIG items, EI's, MC's, Gold Shop) are in the Marketplace.

The quickest ways to get gold for me is zOMG and this site

For outfits, that's something you need to do on your own. First you need to go on tektek.org and create a dream avi. That is when you begin to save up to buy the items you need. Once you have all that, you put it on and well, you have a cute avi/outfit.

Yes, a trading pass is MUCH needed. You need it to buy all those cute outfits from the marketplace!
