Sounds like Wyoming...but then again the weather is kind of strange here. It's been known to snow in July here.

speaking of heat wave, when I went to visit my father in law the area he lives is almost always in the 90 degree range and sometimes higher! We were there for about a week so that was heat wave enough for me, but unfortunately when I got home it was cold and raining =(
