any tips on how to do it (besides paper and pencil). I am sick and tired of sharing a room with my sister cause she can be really *w*itchy a LOT.
So if you have any tips/concepts for doing this, please let me know

Grab some magazines, cut out pictures of items you want (Make sure you can afford the stuff) and make sure you write down the price, glue them on another piece of paper (The color your new room is going to be)
Oh yeah, and make sure the paper has a birds eye view or side view or.....4 pieces of paper one for each wall. Oh and the pictures and paper aren't really exact so I would Leave a lot of room between each pic and hold on to some other pictures just in case there is enough room to fit another one.

Yes, I agree with Lily. but you need to make sure the room you design now is a room that you will still want 3 years from now. So choose wisely! Good luck. biggrin

I agree with LiLy-Dont-Care & Lindsey_743. It'd be a smart Idea to look in second hand shops for new furnature once you decide on a basic theme/colour scheme or whatever. You can find some pretty awesome stuff in them. whee Good luck!
