So, I have a trio of siblings in the Balderon family, who I am trying to develop. There are two brothers and a sister with the sister as the middle child. I'm already worked roleplayed with the brothers before, but not so much the sister, so I'm trying to figure out how she is.

Dais >>> Annabelle >>> Kyne

I'm going to make this interactive, if you don't mind. Feel free to ask my characters questions, and I'll try to respond as them. I think it'll be the best way for me to figure out their character, and of course, I'm open to suggestions.

Here's a brief overview of the three. If you think I should provide more background information on them, I can (and will...but Annabelle's info will be much shorter). Disregard how the hair colors in a family defy genetics, and obviously the reference pictures aren't necessarily accurate in ages.

1. Dais stands at 6' 1'' and has black hair. He's the oldest of the three and the most detached. He is characteristic of the silent strong type, but he is emotionless. He has no sense of humor. In pretty much all instances I've used him in roleplays, he hasn't really kept in contact with his family because he's gone underground for his job or something like that. He sometimes has a slight sadist side to him and has no qualms about torture and fighting.
Elements: I've used him with shadow and earth powers in roleplays that have those.

Most likely occupations: Assassin, spy, bodyguard, military advisor, martial arts instructor, librarian

2. Annabelle stands at 5'8'' and has blonde hair. I'm picturing her as the mediator between her two brothers, who don't talk. I picture her as very talkative and a social butterfly, who isn't afraid to embarrass her brothers a.k.a threaten to tell the whole world that Dais sucks at karaoke.

3. Kyne stands at 6' with orange or auburn hair. Like Dais, he is very calm, but he does have a sense of humor. He's the type that doesn't like to see people oppressed, and he will organize rallies and fights to help them. He's the passionate caring leader type who knows that sacrifice is necessary. He's usually wondering what happened to his brother Dais, since he hasn't seen him in over 10 years.

Edit: Yes, I tend to tweak my characters and reuse them in different roleplays to work on their character development.

Scythe: I feel like I'm cheating for Dais's responses. I guess I'll assume they're at least in their 20s-30s for the responses. sweatdrop Good questions. Here's what I came up with. Still trying to get a grasp on Annie.

I'm wondering the same things as pythonesque. Also, reference pic #2 for Dais is a reference pic you're using for Annabelle.

Yes, that clears things up a bit more. (: I think that helped me to get a better understanding of the characters.

I think what you really need to do is flesh out the characters more, whether it's through role playing or through writing stories based on random prompts or whatever.
