Hey-ho, I use to be really good as an artist while I was little, some ten years ago that while in Primary school, first thing during a parents conference my art teacher would always look for my parents to rant on about me. I've decided to regain those skills and have so far been drawing for 2 weeks.
Below is some of my best work so far, most of them based off characters in the book I write.
(Sorry if some of them look badly taking, I'm waiting to get a scanner so I can put these on my computer better)

it needs work, I suggest looking up anime. Still better than what I can do, when I was younger I was capable of drawing pretty good anime but now I've been reduced to stickmen and overly muscular characters.

But yeah anime does help sharpen your skills both watching it and looking up drawing techniques. Even looking at mangas and how the artist draws it.
If you draw something even 50 times, you can draw it on the fly, eyes closed. My avatar I can draw on the fly, too lazy to post it...hoping it's in my sig

Already have, been using lots of tutorials and manga for my drawings. These are without my tutorials xd
