Ah =D Just like a real life police department, eh? Do all officers need to don a uniform of some sort, hence restricting avatar creativity in a way? (O_o) Can one join in but by using a mule so as to avoid the main from donning a uniform? =P

A mule may not be used, however it is fairly easy to get promoted to senior officer, if u get promoted to senior officer u can henceforth transfer with [ask me and ill talk my commander whose incharge of it into it] to the Undercover Division Unit which I am formerly Captain of and now is Captained by A-B0t but getting back on topic, Undercover DOES NOT have to wear a uniform. Patrol must.
