I take every hit, I take every minute of silence, every insult you throw, I catch with a smile, and retreat with silence. I try to climb, solid flat walls, inching closer to fate, and everytime I slide, everytime I fall, you watch with distaste. One cannot climb, these inner flat plains, you too, have let me fall, fall into your hands like snow, and like snow I melt, 'I love you' I coo helplessly, you let me slip through your fingers. I love you, I love you, I need you, I need you, but I am expendable and always will be, and though I try, and I wish to crawl away from the hands you do not even hold me by, I eat from them. This is my truth.
