Sarah leaned back in her seat, tapping her pencil against the desk as she stared at the board the teacher was infront of, reading the bits of information on it. The words didn't stick in her mind though, thoughts overflowing her mind of how the day was going to turn out. Six more classes, six more teachers that were going to mess up pronouncing her name. And possibly six more classes she'd see an old friend in. Or meet a new one. Either way it'd, she'd have a friend. She let out a frustrated sigh, letting out of breath of air, blowing her bang up from her forehead, which she always has done when she was thinking or frustrated.

Nicholas was just lost in total thought. He couldn't concentrate while thinking about the new girl. 'She can't be Smalls... she's too girly and Smalls is a tomboy... but she has the same name and looks like her sorta... it's hard to tell...' He kept thinking, momentarily looking back at her secretly so he wouldn't get caught.

Throughout the whole entire class, Sarah was focused on the teacher and scribbling down notes on what he was talking about. When she was younger she used to miss a lot of things by not paying attention, so around seventh grade she began training herself to stay focused in class and take notes. Unless it was a movie day, then she'd just space out like she did as a child. Her writing was interrupted as the bell rang, surprising her greatly. 'Has it already been fifty-five minutes?' With everyone else moving out of the class, she hurried to shove all her items in her bag, getting up from her seat and moving to the door as she did so.
