Hello everyone, i'm jon.
I am new to this guild.
I just want to let everyone know that i can offer advice as best i can on fitness and health related topics.
I workout five days a week doing circuit training classes at 34 different machines and doing step/circuit combo classes.
I have also run half-marathons, marathons, and a couple ultra marathons.
I did triathlons for 4 years when i was younger.
I did x-country, track and field, swimming, and wrestling in high school.
I also did weight lifting in high school for 3 years.
Thats best qualifications i can list.
