The magic user gave a small bow of her head, but didn't speak out. Arah watched them all with shining eyes, almost unimpressed by the attitudes presented.

The old man harumphs at the interruptions, "Right, right... There is an evil growing in the land to the south. The Book of Prophecies foretold that a warrior, healer, mage, and rogue would go and destroy it." He pauses, looking them over, 'Though you aren't exactly what I was hoping Marack had chosen... And you.', he points at the rogue, "Have to be the rogue since the other one got himself killed on the way here"
She just stares at him, a single word coming from her mouth, "What."

"Please for the love of God, tell me there will be Dragons to slay." Chalupa Batman said hopefully, he was banking on it, if there weren't dragons, he'd probably just go and fight some chickens for 100+ hours before finally doing the quest.

Though the girl was slightly offended at the elders' remark, she suppressed the emotion and continued to watch them. She gave a little nod of her head, but kept away from most of the others. Arah wasn't much of a social creature, and being told she'd be around these three was just a little alarming and uncomfortable.

"What prophecies are you referring to elders" the elf asked as he stood to the side of everyone. Another man's mention of dragons piqued a questioning a stare from him as he shook his head. He wanted to figure out exactly what was going on there.
Is whether they use a human shield or make themselves one.

"Prophecy five hundred twenty two,", the old geezer begins, seeming to ignore the dragon obsessed warrior, "'When evil begins to run rampant in the land and all seems lost, four heroes shall rise up to fight against the growing shadow. A Warrior, strong and sure. A Mage, powerful and knowledgeable. A Healer, kind and wise. And a Rogue, quick and sly.'" The man pauses for dramatic effect before continuing, "And that is the prophecy that led us to summon you three, and you", he points at the rogue, "are going to help whether you like it or not."

The healers jaw dropped slightly as he heard the number. "Five hundre....." he started before trying to pick his jaw up off the floor. "How can you be so sure that this prophecy is going to be the one that comes true? Just how many of them have been wrong?" Rubbing the side of his head the half elf was starting to think he had been duped and bamboozled.

"I'm not a learning man, but it really doesn't seem like you guys know a whole lot, unless you know if there will be Dragons or Demons to slay." CB said, trying to get an answer out of the geezers, he wanted sick, intimidating armor and he wanted to know where to get it or how to forge it.
