Astronomy
P
Honestly Verily was never very interested in astronomy and so she just didn't try. She didn't plan on pursuing it into her NEWT years so there was no point in her even passing the OWL in her mind. She didn't need it for her dream job anyways.
Charms
O
Charms is necessary in becoming a healer, and a very important class for witches and wizards in general, so of course Verily studied hard and did her best to excel at the class. Her studying paid off obviously.
Defense Against the Dark Arts
E
A bit harder than Charms, Verily ended up not getting enough time to study everything she needed but she still passed with good marks in the class. Honestly defense was a no brainer to her. She needed it to protect herself and as the years ran by it was becoming quite obvious that there was a lot out there to be protected from.
Herbology
O
Herbology was just something Verily enjoyed a lot. She didn't even need to study to pass this one. She just found it to be extremely interesting and so she easily passed it.
History of Magic
D
She hadn't expected to fail this one that badly... but she hadn't really expected to pass either. She had just been to busy this year to even really pay attention in class. She had her boyfriend, her disappointment in not becoming prefect, the fall festival, everything she had heard about her sister's family, and then Elli to deal with. History of Magic just hadn't made her top priorities.
Potions
E
Potions was potions. She was pretty sure it was impossible to fail if you just followed the directions. Some of the questions had been a bit hard, but nothing she couldn't handle. All in all she had felt pretty good leaving the test and had brewed a perfect potion in practical part of the exam
Transfiguration
A
She had passed but only barely. Transfiguration didn't come naturally to her and it was a lot harder than she had ever expected. She had overlooked it the first couple years and was regretting that decision this year. She was glad she had scraped an A out of this test.
Alchemy
A
Again another class she had gone into thinking it would be easy and ended up with something much harder. The entire idea of the test had been ridiculous but really interesting. She was glad she had passed the OWL because pursuing it would be interesting to her.
Ancient Studies
T
Honestly she had expected it. She gone into the test with a whole bunch of knowledge and then... poof... it was all gone. What even was Ancient Studies about? She honestly couldn't remember and didn't really care.
Art
E
It was art! It wasn't hard. She just had to draw pretty things and make them come to life. That was it. How was she really going to fail that?
Cursebreaking
E
This class had been one of her favourites over the years. She shared it with Darius and had gotten a lot of extra studying in by trying to teach him everything he failed to grasp when he wasn't paying attention in class. Honestly she wondered how she could love the boy sometimes.
Healing
O
One of the most important classes in her mind, obviously she passed with flying colours. If her dream was to become a healer, she better damn well be good at healing.
Muggle Art
P
It was a bunch of useless names she didn't really care about. She couldn't really remember why she took the class now. She should have dropped it after her third year, but no she had to be Verily and keep going with it. It was pointless.
Muggle Music
A
Another class she had found to be less than interesting. This one at least had to do with music instead of art. Only by her love of music did she manage to retain anything useful for the OWL and pass it.
Muggle Mythology
E
Being one of the only kids taking the class made it at least a one on one experience that she could live through. It wasn't the most interesting class, but it reminded her of her Uncle which made it that much more meaningful to her.
Muggle Studies
O
She had lived with Muggles for a lot of her life. It wasn't that hard to figure out all this stuff. The class really had been a joke class. Easy to pass, especially since she knew almost everything there was to know about muggles. Almost as much as the muggle born students.
Music
O
Music was her passion, her life. There wasn't anything standing in her way of passing this OWL.
Wandless Magic
E
Michelle had already taught her some wandless magic before she even began this class in her third year, so passing it was nothing to her. She was honestly surprised she hadn't pulled an O on it... but she hadn't had much time to really study it and the vocabulary and strategy she needed to do the test. A lot of that stuff she didn't need to know to do wandless magic but to pass the test she did.
