Ability:
Passive: Messing around with fire ended up forming Cecil's Mangekyou into an ability that empowers Amaterasu and his basic fire jutsu. Amaterasu costs 50% less and normal fire jutsu turns black in color while costing 5 less charka. (For clarification normal fire technique have the same strength just cost less and are black.)
Techniques:
Honō No Kami - SS-rank
Honō No Kami is a special technique that Cecil created from Amaterasu. Cecil is able to mix Raiton with the Amaterasu boosting its speed and allowing for more control. Unlike normal Amaterasu the technique does not appear where he looks but from his eyes themselves shooting out like a lightning bolt. It travels quite fast making dodging it quite difficult even if you are matching speeds. (Speed will be 12 )
The closer Cecil is to his opponent the more deadly as the time to block or move becomes almost nothing. Unlike the normal Amaterasu if this technique hits you and there are no defenses, it will instantly fry you into ashes. Missing the technique is not a total bust either as Cecil can control the blast for up to 1 post more. (The discount to Amaterasu does not apply to this technique)
