THE IDOLS
[ Rulers of the Stage. ]


xxxxxHISTORY
The Idols began as a small traveling band, moving from town to town to showcase their performances. Although life was great, the roads were a dangerous place. On numerous occasions, the Idols were attacked by bandits and rogue ninja who were looking for some easy money. Over the years, the Idols learned to hone chakra into their instruments to create devastating sound techniques capable of things from simple loud noises to a literal piercing shriek.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Idols are unusually good looking people. While they are not strikingly beautiful people, it is rare to find one who isn't at least an 8/10. While the Idols may use a variety of instruments, they have one that is their favourite and bound to them. Using their bound instrument, the Idol may play a their "Leitmotif", a song that reflects who they are. As each Idol has led a different life, each Idol's Leitmotif is different, and will yield a different effect. These effects are extremely powerful but usually take several posts to perform.

• Must have sound as your sub-element
• May only have 1 "Leitmotif". This reflects who you are and may change as you change. Apply for this in customs jutsu.
• May only have 1 Bound Instrument. This is usually the Idol's favourite instrument and may add effects to sound and clan jutsu. Apply for this in custom weapons.
• The Idols will always go by a stage name over their own real name. This can be as simple as just changing your last name all the way to a full nickname.

• While singing may be considered an instrument in the case of using clan jutsu, it may not be a Bound Instrument without a mic.

• Sound Sub-element is boosted 1 rank when using your bound instrument.
• Sound sub-element may be used without hand seals if an instrument is used.
• Sound Sub-Element Jutsu is learned in 2 less posts.


xxxxxTECHNIQUES


• Accelerando 5 points
By playing a quick note, the user may boost their speed by 1 rank for 3 posts. This boost may be extended by playing the notes further.

• Adagio 5 points
By aiming towards the target and playing a low tone, the user sends a pulse at the target, which upon impact, will slow them by 1 rank for 3 posts.

• Pitch 5 points
The user play a quick note which sends a razor sharp blast of sound at the target.

• Drone 5 points
A dull, low tone which vibrates through the target, blurring their vision and dampening their hearing for 3 posts.

• Canon 10 points
This is a primary Defensive jutsu used by the clan. The user plays a quick set of notes, which form a barrier in front of the user. Attacks their rank and one rank under the user are nullified, attacks 2 two ranks under the user are rebounded, and attacks above the user gain one rank in power. Due to the power and potential of this jutsu, it may only be used 3 times in a fight.

• Capriccio 10 points
This extremely fast played melody sends 3 razor slashed of sound towards the enemy at an extremely quick rate.

• Nocturne 20 points
The user plays a light flowing melody which upon being heard, puts the target into a trance in which they begin to fall in love with the user. During the 5 posts this remains active, the user must keep playing the song or it ends, freeing the target. While under this spell, the target is unable to attack, as they are enthralled by the music. They may, however, still move about and use defensive jutsu. While useless in single combat, this jutsu comes in handy during larger encounters.

• Parody 20 points
As a musician can learn and mimic the songs of others, the Idol may mimic one jutsu used in the previous post for an additional 50% the chakra cost of the original jutsu. While this seems like a good deal, this jutsu may only be used 3 times in a fight.

• Polyphony 20 points
The user plays a long melody, which generates a massive wave in one direction. Within this wave are several razor blasts of wind. In addition to the razor power of the blast, the vibrations from the sound are strong enough to fracture and weaken weapons and armor.

• Orchestra 30 points
The Ultimate move in the Idol's arsenal. While the user plays a song, 7 copies of the user appear by their side. These solid copies may use 2 jutsu a piece before exploding into a burst of razor sound. While the copies are fighting, the user must remain playing this song or the copies vanish.

xxxxxHISTORY
The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye", Meaning (Viz) "Mirror Wheel Eye") is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai, which appears in some members of the Uchiha clan. It first manifested in Indra, the earliest ancestor of the Uchiha clan, and later became regarded as one of the Three Great Dōjutsu (三大瞳術, San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques"), along with the Byakugan and the Rinnegan. The Sharingan is also called "Heaven's Eye" (天眼, Tengan), because of the many abilities it grants the user. Tobirama Senju defines it as the "eye that reflects the heart" (心を写す瞳, Kokoro o utsusu hitomi).


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Sharingan
The Sharingan's powers, while formidable, come in stages and require certain events to unlock. The first of which is the initial unlocking of the Sharingan. Those who wield the Sharingan are not blessed with it at birth like some other bloodlines. It must be obtained, and the only way to obtain it is through an event that puts great stress on the wielder. It make be something as simple as a teacher pretending to kill the wielder all the way to an attempted rape. When the Sharingan is first unlocked, It has 1 tomoe, which gives the wielder heightened perception. This allows the wielder to catch any movement, no matter how minor, the opponent may make. After extensive training with the first stage, the wielder unlocks the second tomoe and the ability to mimic and learn any jutsu they witness using the eye. After even more training in the with the second stage, the wielder unlocks the final stage of the basic Sharingan. In this stage, the Sharingan now has 3 tomoes and the ability to see through genjutsu and tell if others are in a genjutsu by reading their chakra flow. This ability is not to be confused with the Byakugan's ability to actually see the chakra system of a person, just the fact that the person has chakra. In addition, you may see things that are you chakra colour, as long as it's above ground.

The Mangekyou
When the wielder meets certain requirements or a certain event is witnessed, the Sharingan evolves beyond the basic for to become the Mangekyou Sharingan. While the basic Sharingan is the same for all people, the Mangekyou Sharingan varies from person to person, being tailored to their specific fighting style. Instead of gaining tomoes, the Mangekyou gets its own unique pattern. Along with the special bonuses from this new eye, the wielder also may now perform the Sharingan's mighty jutsu. But this power is not without a drawback. If the wielder overuses their Mangekyou Sharingan, they will slowly lose their eye sight till they are completely blind, making the eye useless.

The Eternal
The final, and by far most powerful, evolution of the Sharingan, the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This variant is one that few have, and are even willing, to obtain simply do to how you obtain it. While unlocking the Mangekyou may vary from person to person, there is only one way to obtain the EMS, stealing someone else's Mangekyou and combining it with your own. When one gains the EMS, all vision impairment is retored and blindness is no longer a risk. In addition to regaining their sight, the wielder gains a powerful skill that is specifically tailored to their style. Legends have been told about some of the powers that have resulted from this, making this variant one to truly be feared.

xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Sharingan Perception
While the Sharingan is active, the wielder is able to see even the slightest movements made by their targets, making them near impossible to trick with a sleight of hands move; this includes being able to see chakra, even underground.

• Jutsu Mimicry
While in battle, the Sharingan can let the wielder mimic a jutsu that was used in the previous post as long as the wielder may use that jutsu for an additional 50% chakra. The user may mimic a jutsu that is not of an element they possess, as long as it is below their rank, for double the chakra cost. Any jutsu mimiced lose 1 rank in power

• Jutsu Copying
While observing a jutsu be performed, the Sharingan may copy the chakra patterns used to perform the jutsu, allowing the wielder to gain instant knowledge of how to perform the jutsu. In order to learn the jutsu, it must be a jutsu the user is normally able to perform, meaning only jutsu of their element, clan, or bloodline.

• Genjutsu Identification
Due to the ability to see one's chakra flow, the wielder of the sharingan may see when one's flow is being disrupted by a genjutsu or tell when they themselves are under one, allowing them to break out of them easier.




xxxxxTECHNIQUES


• Kyouten Chiten B-rank
Using the copy and counter features of the Sharingan, the wielder may not only cancel a genjutsu they are under, but may even turn it on their opponents, leaving them trapped in their own illusion.

Requires Mangekyou Sharingan

• Tsukiyomi A-Rank
A powerful genjutsu used by the Sharingan wielders to achieve amazing results. If the opponent makes eye contact, they will be locked in an illusionary world; one that the Sharingan wielder controls. In this world, the opponent is at the total mercy of Sharingan user, as they are able to submit the opponent to any form of torture they can imagine for what seems like 72 hours, though this is really only a few seconds in real time. This genjutsu is incredibly hard to break without an outside force acting upon the victim. Although, a high ranked Sharingan user may break from this jutsu quite easily. This jutsu lasts for up to 3 posts, with each post acting as 1 duration of 24 hours.

Requires Mangekyou Sharingan

• Amaterasu S-Rank
Amaturasu is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks.

Requires Mangekyou Sharingan

• Susanoo S-rank
Susanoo is different for each person. Before you learn this jutsu, you must apply for a custom Susanoo.

Requires Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan

• Kagutsuchi S-rank
This jutsu is an off-shoot of the Amaterasu jutsu. Instead of being used for offensive purposes, this is used as a shield capable of blocking any move, devouring it before it hits the user.

Izuna/Madara's Brother's Mangekyou - Copied 5 Ninjutsu, 5 Genjutsu, and possess 1 Taijutsu or weapon style. The user learns Taijutsu and weapon styles 25% faster and taijutsu and weapon styles cost 25% less.

Katon

Basic


Katon: Ichi (Fire Release: One)
The basic building block of a great many techniques down the line, this is presumably the very same skill that began the study of Katons. Molding their chakra through a simple seal of any choice, the user is able to focus it onto the tip of their index finger in the form of heat. With this, they can cut through things such as glass and rope with some difficulty. However, at this stage, control of one’s chakra is so minimal that this technique can only be used by one finger and essentially has no combat use.

Katon: Shoumeidan no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flare Technique)
By molding chakra into ones lungs properly, they are able to exhale a short burst of heat and flame which basically explodes from the mouth. The fire itself actually only lasts for about a second. But its effect is that it illuminates dark places, if only for but a few seconds.

Katon: Shuriken no Jutsu (Fire Release: Shuriken Technique)
A relatively basic katon, this one uses chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. It is done so that the user first throws the shuriken, then exhales from his or her mouth a small flame that ignites the chakra-coated projectile. If the attack succeeds, not only will your opponent be hurt by the shuriken or kunai, but he will also suffer from burns.
Note: Only one projectile at a time.

Katon: Fukumen no Jutsu (Fire Release: Veil Technique)
A stall technique which really only helps genins in this stage of learning accustom themselves to the less subtle methods of Katons. Performing the necessary seals, the user claps their hand in front of them and a hot white flash erupts from their hands that blind people in the closest vicinities. With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. The severity of the flash, however, lasts only a moment and causes only spots to appear until an opponent’s sight becomes clear again.

Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique)
Basic to all Katon users is the ability to set thing things on fire, obviously. This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish. A simple cinder and no more, this jutsu is used mostly in pranks and the like.

Katon: Houka Hira no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flaming Palm Technique)
Description: A more advanced version of the Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu, this jutsu allows the user to hold the make spark in their hand. They then amplify it with their chakra until it is a small flame. By mimicking the gentle fist style, the push the flame into their opponent, causing clothes to light, or minor burns on the body.


Genin


Katon: Ni (Fire Release: Two)
Description: This technique makes it so that after a user has molded enough chakra to gather heat into their finger they can now distribute it to both the index and middle finger (one hand), making it a somewhat viable option in combat now. However, jabs and strikes made through this method would simply burn through clothing and wouldn’t cause any substantial thereafter. In terms of raw searing strength, though, it allows the user to cut through even metallic string now.

Katon Housenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique)
Description: A jutsu that sends multiple blasts of fire from the mouth, usually with one target in mind. Shurikens can also be hidden inside the flames, creating an element of surprise.

Katon: Hoteri Ougigata no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flash Fan Technique)
Description: A fairly simple jutsu, the user breaths in a fair amount of air while performing the necessary handseals and breaths it out in a short funnel of flame. Literally lasting only a few seconds, it explodes out of the mouth in a v-like wave and is a commonly used technique amongst shinobi who like to build into their attacks. The range of this flame, however, is about 3m and the flame itself isn’t held long enough to deal any real damage. Therefore, it isn’t necessarily a viable offensive option as compared to other jutsus, but it does serve its purposes since only three handseals are needed to perform this technique.

Katon: Bounetsu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame-Resistance Technique)
Description: This is a passive jutsu that is the first in two steps to protect the user from damaging themselves with their very own Katons. Although not necessarily mandatory to learn the finer points of the tree, it does provide a buffer against self-inflicting injuries. For example the user is able to withstand increasing amounts of heat and can even withstand certain techniques aimed at them. Withstand, however, does not translate into invulnerability as there are general flaws to this jutsu as well.

Katon: Yojin Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Release: Ember Clone Technique)
Description: A basic bunshin wherein the user will call forth through in corporeal form a clone of themselves, crafted from flame. At this level, the clone is quite weak and can only really serve as a distracted more so than a viable combat replacement. However, it does have its uses, which alongside detonating upon destruction or on command, are numerous.
Note: The clone only has 1/10 the ability of the original user.

Katon: Hi Shinten no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Spread Technique)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to extend the flame from their hand to any weapon or item they may be holding. This creates a surrounding layer of flame around the object, but the object is unharmed. This can only extend to a length of 3 feet maximum, or the length of a medium sized sword.


Boiling Point
Gathering chakra around themselves the ninja will begin to sweat if they haven't already during the course of the battle. They will then compress their sweat into layers using their Katon chakra to increase the temperature of the sweat bringing it to boiling point very rapidly. On command the jutsu will be released and torrents of boiling steam will explode outwards knocking back taijutsu and thrown weapons along with blocking most jutsu. The exception is Raiton which just flows through the superheated steam with ease.

Genin


Name of Jutsu: The Burning Plains
Description: The shinobi will gather chakra around their lips and begin to whistle a tune using the chakra to alter the pitch. Anyone who hears this high pitched whistling will see the user start to smoke and spark drawing them deeper into the genjutsu. When they have seen and heard the jutsu the opponent will see the user burst into a image of flame and the fire will quickly spread around them making everything around look as if it is on fire. All the opponent will be able to hear is the roar of flames and it would be difficult to see the user do to the fact hat they are shrouded in fire. The opponent will feel excruciating pain if they come into contact with the fire.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique)
Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Kokohi Arazu no Jutsu (False Place Technique)
Description: Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.

Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)
Description: Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision of their greatest fears. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique)
Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of one or more. The clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the shinobi academy.

Fukushi no Jutsu (Double Vision Technique)
Description: This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything.

Ikamono Chishio (Fake blood)
Description: This genjutsu can create fake blood and wounds on the user’s body to fool the enemy that he/she is wounded. The illusion is only visual; it cannot trick the sense of smell.

Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique)
Description: A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk.

Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique)
Description: The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over.

Academy Jutsu

Oil clone
A simple clone made of oil usually carried by the Leaf ninja using this technique or type of techniques is either a summoning scroll which can give them much oil or a simple vial of oil. This clone if burned will die, if water is added the oil will become seperated and the clone will fall apart, if lightning hits the oil it will most likely ignite it and thus cuase the same burning effect as fire. Physical attacks seem to go right through the clone as the hit obviously makes contact but the clones re-appear quickly.

Oil element: Oil expansion
This technique allows an oil user to put their chakra into a small amount of oil and expand it into a rather large volume of oil which can be betterly used to fuel further jutsu.

Oil element: Slippery Field
The user is able to make and oil sitting upon the ground very very slippery and almost impossible to walk on. This technique is most often used by fellow Leaf ninja as a joke to each other, but can actually slip up an unsuspecting enemy.

Oil Element: Sticky Tar
Like the Slippery Field the user will gain a great control over the oil and also be able to make it very sticky usually just enough to slow down higher level ninja very slightly. A ninja of academy rank though would find it near impossibly to get out of this sticky trap, a gennin would probably have much difficulty but eventually find a way out.

Oil Manipulation
A simple yet very essential jutsu for all oil users. This technique simply allows one to form oil into a shape. At this point the oil manipulation is very weak and only very simple shapes can be made.

Detection technique: Oil mining
This technique allows users of oil to search for and locate oil deep within the earths crust. This technique is used purely for locating the oil and not actually obtaining it. By placing ones hand on the ground the oil user can cover a rather large area and sense whether or not their is oil to be used directly underneath them.


GENNIN

Harvesting Oil
Used in conjunction with the detection method of finding oil the user now needs to get to it in a very effecient way. By pouring only a small spike of their chakra into the ground the user is able to pump the oil out of the ground. While doing so the oil travels against the walls of the chakra like syringe needle causing a reaction of two elements to create more oil in the place of what has already been taken. Thus one can be environmentally conscious as well as have nearly unlimited supplies of oil if they can find only find the few and far between oil fields.

Oil Wall
A simple wall is made from a puddle of oil on the ground. Making the necesarry handsigns the user is able to control the wall to stop low level taijutsu, or weaponry attacks. Projectiles if thrown can be utilized and thrown back at the opponent utilizing another simple gennin jutsu. The walls level goes up exponentially per rank not only in size but in strength as well. (Chuunin wall can stop higher level taijutsu and weaponry and even some lower level ninjutsu.) The walls main weakness is water, or lightning attacks. Ground usually has a tough time pressing through the oil, Wind can cut at oil as much as it wants but the oil just moves to randomly and is just to thick for wind to do great enough damage. Fire of course is a weakness of sorts but really that just turns a giant oil wall into a giant flaming wall that will last a long time because of the oil.

Oil Element: Underworld Spikes
Using a puddle of oil on the ground the user is able to make spikes from which shoot upwards and can do slight damage. Really a dangerous jutsu if mixed with fire jutsu.

Oil Shuriken
A simple jutsu using oil manipulation the user is able to make very tough shuriken to get rid of. As physical attacks dont do much to them at all. Fire jutsus just send a flying chunk of flaming of oil towards yourself or the enemy. The shuriken after hitting its target and doing it's damage explodes away into its natural oil form which can usually be harmful for whoever the shuriken hits.

Oil Element: Projectile control
Using this Jutsu is highly effective for younger users who are much more vulnerable than the more experienced ninjas. Making the necesarry handsigns, The user is able to surround projectiles or parts of projectiles with a thin oil covering which can help them control the projectile in air to thus change its direction .(Max times a gennin can change projectile direction :3, Chuunin:5, Jounin:7, Kage/Sannin: 9)
Note: This jutsu can be used in concunction with other oil jutsus such as oil wall.

Oil Swimmer
This ability allows the user to swim through Oil as if its vicosity were that of water instead of oil. Making it much easier to manuever about in this oil.

Art of Oil walking
A basic jutsu just like that of water walking or tree and vertical object walking. The idea is the same and is used for Oil shinobi to walk upon the oil without being hindered. As one levels up the amounts and stickiness or slipperiness one can walk on greatly increase as well as the amount of oil one is able to walk upon.

Oil rope
This ability allows the user to weild the oil as if it were a rope like substance able to bend and be flexible yet still have a physical toughness about it.

Oil Element: Puddle technique
Much like the mizu puddle technique except this time the person uses oil to hide their presence it comes in handy often and is often used in chains of jutsu. The person once in the puddle form cannot move around unless they know the Oil Element: Puddle movement technique.

Nirami no Kage (Shadow Glare)
Description: Manipulating what a shadow looks like is no large feat for the shinobi of Leaf. But at this level, the most basic, they are only able to increase the depth by which a person might perceive a shadow. For example, a shadow can either be lengthened or shortened, giving off the impression that a person is closer or father. When used in large expanses with abundant shade, this jutsu can prove quite worrisome.

Etainoshirenai no Fugou (Mark of the Unfamiliar)
Description: Another fundamental jutsu, this one changes a person’s writing, mark, or even an inscription to that of another. By doing this, simple directions can be misread or pathways can be changed. It is all up to the discretion of the person reading the sign, though, since merely touching the word or mark in question can easily break the spell.

Etainoshirenai no Tsuujite (Through the Unfamiliar)
Description: Strange in its uses, this genjutsu is fairly harmless. What it does is makes any opponent who falls into its area of effect imagine that they have just undergone a certain sense of déjà vu. That is to say, they begin to question whether they are following the right path or direction since the one in front of them seems too familiar to be the right way.

Etainoshirenai no Oto (Sounding the Unfamiliar)
Description: Another harmless genjutsu, this one simply makes an opponent imagine that, in dark places, different animals begin to call out from all around them. This can range from a cat’s meow just behind them to an owl’s hoot above. The user’s own voice is what makes these sounds and then he/she manipulates them with chakra. Therefore, it goes without saying that this genjutsu affects ones sense of sound.

Etainoshirenai no Tacchi (Touch of the Unfamiliar)
Description: This jutsu, by its name alone, obviously takes into account a person’s sense of touch. Much unlike the rest of these jutsu, this one is activated once a person touches a particular object that the user has ‘charmed’. It can be as obvious as a kunai being sent at an opponent from any distance, or even the leaves of a tree. In short, what it does is it makes the user question whether or not the particular item existed or not. So if a person were to be stabbed with a kunai, they would seem to not feel the pain of the kunai, but would realize it much later since the effect of the jutsu is quite short. In the example of leaves, a person could pass through a veil of leaves and only have their other four senses to rely on as to whether or not those leaves even truly existed, causing a very distinct sense of confusion.

Chouba no Kage (Shadow Taunt)
Description: In this jutsu, the user visually manipulates a shadow into taking another form aside from the one it actually is. For example, what was once the shadow of a short male can be shaped into that of a voluptuous woman. This technique, however, is fairly easy to see through since it cannot really be used on a shadow that a person is currently looking at. Whatever the case, though, it does tend to cause some confusion within those who are weak in perception.

Dokuji no Kaori (Scent of Peculiar)
Description: This jutsu makes use of the as-of-yet popular sense of smell. It has been known for ages past that there are certain scents that excite different emotions. Scents in this area can make something as simple as dust smell endearing, or make crushed leaves give off a toxic aroma. By this, both traps and warnings can be made of simple objects, not to mention the handy note of covering up ones tracks.

Dokuji no Gyoushi (Leer of the Peculiar)
Description: A somewhat harmless jutsu, this one is made through eye contact. A form of intimidation, this one seemingly communicates malicious intent upon a victim and is often used to open up attacks from teammates. Not necessarily stunning, it does provoke an opponent into thinking twice before engaging in battle.

Dokuji no Gisou (Camouflage of the Peculiar)
Description: Here is one of the many techniques used to hide shinobi from their pursuers if even but for a short while. Taking in natural components to their attire (leaves, twigs, dirt, mud, etc.) a person is able to lie still in an area of similar settings and remain completely impervious to detection. By strewing together chakra and a visual illusion, whatever the user takes onto their clothes bind to them and become a literal part of their appearance, changing it to suit the environment. Simply touching the user will cancel this jutsu, though.

Dokuji no Onsei (Voice of the Peculiar)
Description: This is a complimentary technique to the Chouba no Kage, though can stand alone as well. A verbal aid, it manipulates a person’s voice and makes them seem either more or less imposing. When coupled with the Chouba no Kage, it can make the user seem possessed: changing both their voice and their shadow to those more intimidating. By itself, it can used as a very noteworthy distraction and can also deter opponents from engaging the user right away. Skilled shinobi can make their voice sound like that of other people they have encountered rather than just changing pitch and tone.
