High Seers | Mid-Strength Seers | Seers | Everyone
Director: The leader of the pride. They are the most skilled Seer in the pride and ensures the safety and prosperity of the pride. Their word is law, but they are checked by a council of Advisors who may collectively overturn the Director. There can only be one Director. They must either step down or be voted out of this position by the advisors or have public outcry by the regular members of the pride.
Must be an Oracle 10 Roleplays Required, must have been an Advisor
Advisor: A council of Advisors aids in leading the pride towards prosperity. They can technically veto decisions made by the Director if they feel it is a collective danger towards the pride. If there are enough high ranking seers within the pride, these members are elected once a year during the Spring Equinox to keep the best interests of the general members of the pride in the minds of the Advisory council. These members choose a new Director when the old one steps down or is voted out. There can only be seven.
Must be Shaman or Higher 7 RPs Required, must have been a Governor, Ambassador, or Commander.
Governor: The head of the professors and teachers, this rank does not need to take on students - though they can. They are considered the most skilled of the teachers. They are allowed to take on any students or assistants as they please, especially to keep the weight off some of the younger and less skilled teachers. It is recommended that they are Shamans, but a mid-strength seer can technically take this rank.
Must be Medium, Insightful, Palm Reader or Higher 5 RPs Required, must have been a professor.
Professor: Professors are highly skilled teachers who have proven themselves to be able to teach and lead any type of seer that happens to fall under them. They have advanced to the pride's standard of a Mid-strength Seer, and have had extensive experience with dealing with their own and others' visions. They are allowed to take on 1 assistant, and teach up to 10 students.
Must be Medium, Insightful, Palm Reader or Higher 4 RPs Required, must have been a teacher.
Teacher: Now able to teach on their own, these members are allowed to take on 3 students, but they cannot have an assistant at this point. They are now skilled enough to teach basic meditation and centering skills to young seers.
Must be a Seer or higher 3 RPs Required, must have been an assistant.
Assistant a more skilled Seer, they are now allowed to teach under guidance of a Professor or a Governor. They aid in individual work with students but must be watched just in case their advice is unsound. This is an "Apprentice" type rank.
Must be a Seer 2 RPs Required
Student: Default Rank for adult Seers.
Must be a Seer No Roleplay Requirements
Commander: These members organize the entire defense sector of the pride. They are charged with organizing Guardians and may leave the pride to protect pockets of seers if they are needed to. Tyupically, they stay and keep watch over the pride. They are on the same level as Ambassadors.
Must be Medium, Insightful, Palm Reader or Higher 5 Roleplays Required, must have been a Liaison
Ambassador: These members stay away from the pride for long periods of time. They can hold their own and reside in foreign, allied prides for a majority of their time. They connect with Liaisons more frequently. These members are on the same level as Commanders.
Must be Medium, Insightful, Palm Reader or Higher 5 Roleplays Required, must have been a Liaison
Liaison:Members who move back and forth between allied prides to keep the connection between the allied pride and Mimi'naona fresh and open. They're the main tie to the pride for Ambassadors as well.
Must be Medium, Insightful, Palm Reader or Higher 4 Roleplays Required, must have been a Seeker
Seeker: Particularly skilled members at finding more Seers. Seers tend to trust Seers more often, so sending a Sightless member might not work out so well. These members can typically defend themselves in the event of an attack.
Must be Seer or Higher 3 Roleplays Required, must have been a Messenger or Guardian
Messenger: Quick on their feet, messengers can carry news of visions or seers across the pride borders quickly. They may also relay messages between pride members internally. These members are seers because trusting a Sightless Member with a vision is more difficult than trusting another seer. They are often paired with a Sightless Guardian if they leave the pride's lands. Only members with the rank Seer or higher may take this rank.
Must be a Seer or Higher 2 RPs Required
Guardian: The actual muscle behind the defense of the pride. These members patrol the borders and fight should a physical threat become apparent. While Seers may take this rank it is strongly discouraged, as it brings them in contact with those that wish them harm should their actually be a threat. Anyone can hold this rank, regardless of seer rank. 2 RPs Required
Sentry: Look-outs for the pride. They're the first line of defense - knowing is half the battle after all. These members spot any potential threats or allies that may be approaching the boarder. Anyone can hold this rank, regardless of seer rank.
