Romanian Dragon Sanctuary
The Romanian Dragon Sanctuary is a preservation area set aside for the protection and study of dragons. Located in Romania, it was established by Harvey Ridgebit sometime before his death in 1973. Several dragon breeds, including Romanian Longhorns, Norwegian Ridgebacks, Swedish Short-Snouts, Chinese Fireballs and Common Welsh Green live in the Sanctuary. Dragonologists from all over the world study dragons at close range here.
Axel Roach has been given quarters at the sanctuary. His room boasts a single twin bed, an oak desk and chair, several bookcases and a trunk for his belongings. Most of his time, however, is spent outdoors on the reserve studying dragons.
