Name: T'nor Age: 29 30 Sex: Male Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual Weyr: High Reaches Rider Rank: Wingrider Previous Rank/Craft: Apprentice Smith Physical Description: He's tall. 6'2 and weighs 200lbs. He's nothing but muscle and well proportioned at that. Most would give him a rugged look since he has dark brown hair that is often scruffy and a 5'oclock shadow that never seems to go away. He's also quite handsome in the aspect of having a chiseled jawline and striking, amber colored eyes. His hands are a tad rough from having been a smith when he was younger, and handling dragons doesn't make them any softer. Despite his muscular appearance he can move quickly when he needs to. Personality: Calm and sincere he is quick witted and has a knack with thinking on his toes. When he was younger he was outspoken and brash but he soon outgrew that type of behavior, especially after he impressed. The dragon had enough energy for the two of them. He's forgiving to an extent and doesn't have a whole lot to say most of the time. He does love conversation from time to time, but mostly he's studying weather patterns and making plans for whenever the next threadfall shall be. He likes to be prepared and tries to stay a couple steps ahead in the game.
He's not one for relationships, though when flights happen things tend to get a little steamy. No one really has ever caught his eye and besides, being a rider you weren't encouraged to ever marry or find a significant other. There was too much going on for him to have to worry about someone else. Though, if someone were to catch his eye he wouldn't let them go for anything and he hoped they would be understanding that strange things tend to happen when dragons rise to mate. Positive Trait List Loyal, Determined, Level Headed Negative Trait List Selective, Brash, Authoritative History: He was the sole child to a widowed Smith and he fell in line to be his fathers replacement. He had taken to the craft quickly and loved working with his hands and working with iron and other metals. However, it didn't seem as though it was meant to be. When he was just about to hit 16 turns he was searched and the day of his birthday he impressed.
It hadn't been something he had ever dreamed of. Being a dragonrider. But once the rainbow eyes had locked with his and Tarenoth became a part of him, he couldn't imagine every being anything different.
The years to follow were grueling and he loved every minute of it. He absorbed all of the lessons like a sponge and often enough had to keep his young hot headed dragon in line reminding him that if they were to become destined for greatness then they had to act the part. It took Tarenoth a while to come around but finally the Bronzes temper simmered and the two seemed to sky rocket ahead of the rest of the weyrlings. Once Tarenoth had gotten his temper checked it seemed as though there wasn't anything the pair could not do.
They rose up the ranks from wingrider to wingsecond and finally to wingleader all in the course of a few short years. They had liked the roles they had played in each spot because it had given them a better knowledge of the jobs that each position held. It gave them an insight to the minds of those who flew in those slots and to him, that made him a better wingleader than having been promoted to it right off the bat.
Having recently transferred since Western Weyr wasn't exactly what he and Tarenoth needed and wanted from a Weyr. He's still getting used to not having a wing to run anymore. Other: Was born and raised in Crom but went to Western Weyr when he impressed and then transferred to HR.
