Physical Description: Black scruffy hair that's about shoulde3r length; pale skin, blue eyes, and miore than a handful of scars. Still, Elie is tall, lithe, and usually dressed to ride. Or other things. Elie stop making others' pants uncomfortable.
Personality: Elie comes across as relatively abrasive and rough. While good natured, Elie was an exile at birth from a small cothold. Elie is a survivor and surprisingly loyal to her weyr and siblings.Elie comes across as boistrous, reckless, and quick to act, although she doesn't always think. She tries hard to be loyal to her husband, but tends to have dalliances, especially with Tiamath rises -- however he's very agreeable about it knowing she really does love others too. Elie takes fighting Thread surprisingly well, and will about antagonizing her wingmates so as to keep her work going.

History: When Elie was 10, she was exiled with other children with the hopes a plague sweeping the cothold would spare them. Many children died of it -- Elie was not one, nor a small handful of others. When the small band was found, Riders took them to Western. Some were taken in as Candidates -- others purely adopted or apprenticed.. Elie was one who became a candidate, and during her first time on the sands she was Impressed by her green, Tiamath. Tiamath, whom she bonded to like family, and since? Well, she pretty much fights thread, tends Tiamath, and tries to keep her two kids from trouble.

Personality: Tiamath is, well, a motherly green. with a habit of watching weyrlings and hatchlings from the various perches of the Weyr. What Tiamath feels, she feels deepyly -- Passion, anger, joy, all of it. Tiamath is often found mothering candidates as well, and her rider. Although she would never harm a human, she's not kind to those who hurt her rider -- and threats are usually enough to ward others off. Tiamath enjkoys visiting her siblings, and considers fighting Thread a great honor -- and even looks after her rider's children as much as she can.

Once again, I think you need some things filled out a little. You mention she had kids young but don't talk about it at all in her history. When did she have children? Did she raise them or were they put in the creche? Furthermore, did any of this interrupt her life as a Candidate? Candidates who get pregnant are instantly removed from Candidacy until they give birth and put the child in the creche/foster it out.

Also, if she's 48, and her dragon 22, then that would have made Elie 26 when she Impressed. So she obviously did not Impress her first attempt as a Candidate, so you'll need to adjust that timeline. If she didn't accept Candidacy until she was 26, what was she during between Turn 10 and 26?

Also, if Elie was only 10 when she was found by riders of the Weyr, she would not have been able to become a Candidate. In Echoes of Pern we bumped up the minimum age to 14 Turns. What did she do during those 4 turns before becoming a Candidate? At that age she's starting to get a little too old for the creche so probably had to be fostered by someone at the Weyr.

At 48 Turns she should have more to her life than just a few sentences. You say she has a lover -- who is it? When did they meet? Are they weyrmates? You say he's her husband but don't talk anything at all about him in her history. Do they have kids together?

Aso, Western Weyr was not preparing for Threadfall before its return. Dragonriders who stayed at the Weyr would have to find some other sort of craft or way to make marks and survive. Especially since tithes from the neighboring Holds were minimal at best, if given at all. So her family would have to be fairly independent. They've only been fighting Thread for just over a Turn so what were Tiamath and she doing before then?
