RECLUSIVE Philip is usually very quiet when meeting someone new. He prefers for them to do the talking and for him to just listen. He also tends to prefer to be alone than spend time with others because he doesn't like getting close to someone and then having to say goodbye. In fact, he spent the majority of his childhood playing with his imaginary Puck instead of humans.
APPREHENSIVE This is especially true for when Phil is meeting a new foster family. In the past, he's been told he'd get to stay with a family for a very, very long time, but sooner or later, he'd always end up with a different family. Bouncing around from family to family made him anxious about suddenly having to pack up and leave again.
MESSY Phil's bedroom looks like a tornado hit it. Toys and books and games and clothes are thrown all over the place. Once he is told to clean, he does so; however, within twenty four hours, all of his belongings are all over the place once again.
EASY GOING Philip got very accustomed to going with the flow. This is why he doesn't get upset whenever plans change and his whole future, or at least the way he'd imagined it, changes.
EVEN TEMPERED Phil does not get angry or annoyed very easily. There are only certain things that piss him off or kill his mood. Any other time, he is usually neither happy or excited, nor grumpy.
POLITE Philip knows his manners. He says "please" and "thank you" when asking for something, pushes his chair in after standing up, and never physically hits anybody.

EARLY CHILDHOOD Philip was born in 2029 to teenagers. He was taken away from his parents before he even knew who they were. Ever since he could remember, he's been bouncing between the orphanage and foster homes. By the age of five, he'd already lived in a dozen homes. While at the orphanage the last time, a couple named Eleanor and Tristan adopted him although Phil did think he'd probably only live with them a few months before being sent back to the orphanage.

(2034 - 2035) Philip has been sharing a huge house with Eleanor and Tristan, and their youngest daughter, Cordelia, who is gone most of the year, anyway. Yvonne had also recently moved in, and he met both Alex and Bella as well.

(2035 - 2036) Cordelia graduated from Hogwarts. and even though she is very loud, Phil would rather continue to live here than be sent back to the orphanage or a different foster home.

(2036 - 2037) Philip has gotten accustomed to being a part of Eleanor and Tristan's family and even began thinking of them as his parents. As well, Alex's daughter Penelope was born in April.

(2037 - 2038 ) Philip's grandfather Ivan had passed away due to old age, but Phil never really knew the guy, so it didn't effect him much. In the spring, he met a girl named Chelsea at the park and became friends, but that probably only happened because they were wearing matching shoes.

(2038 - 2039) Philip had been playing with Chelsea a lot. In fact, he considered her his best friend. They have been hanging out so much that he began to forget about Puck, his imaginary friend. Philip had also learned that he has a learning disability.

(2039 - 2040) Philip had attended Alex and Crash's wedding. Chelsea had told Philip about weird things that kept happening around her. They came to the conclusion that she was a witch, which made telling her about him going away to Hogwarts next year much easier. He had also gotten a guinea pig to take to school.

SCHOOL YEARS (2040 - 2041) Philip was sorted into Hufflepuff and made the Quidditch team as a reserve beater. He had also made good friends with a boy named Griffin Fearon of house Gryffindor.

(2041 - 2042) Chelsea went to Hogwarts for her first year. While at school, Philip had found out that she and Griffin were friends and he was the boy who had moved away. Phil's grandmother Dianne had passed away.

(2042 - 2043) Philip felt as though he was caught in the middle when it came to Griffin and Chelsea. She did not want to hang out with him, but Phil just wished they could all be friends.

(2043 - 2044) Chelsea and Griffin got along a bit better this year. Phil was struggling a bit with school, so he decided to quit the Quidditch team for the year in order to focus on his studies. Alexandria's son Syd was born.

(2044 - 2045) Philip attended Yvonne and Jonas' wedding with Chelsea as his date, but they went as friends. Yvonne moved out immediately after the wedding, and Cordelia moved out towards the summertime. Bella and Andrea had taken custody of Gaspard, a seven year old boy.

(2045 - 2046) Yvonne and Cordelia were both pregnant, and Phil went to his sister's wedding with Chelsea as his date once again. His parents had also adopted a girl named Jessica.

(2046 - 2047) Cordelia gave birth to Noreen in the summer and Yvonne gave birth to Matthew in September. In the fall, Milky had passed away, so he was pretty upset about it during the holidays. However, his bond with Rosabella grew tighter as she had attempted to comfort him since she had also previously lost pets to death.
