If you don't like how the first post is decorate or ordered you can post within the certing thread a form to revamp it.
You can not make your own journal, as we need to know certain details about a Dweller for various features within the shop and thus create a journal for customers so we can always be certain to get the details needed. However, after we make your journal it is completely yours to do what you wish!
