[PRP] Learning something (Dianan and Althea)

Althea had called the large dense forest of the Elimisha'sombea lands for as long as she could remember, she did not remember her parents. Her mother had been a rogue who did not wish to keep her cubs so Althea had no family to speak of. She had been cared for by the Elimisha and owed them her life. Althea didn't begrudge her parents chose for not being there for her since the family she did have far outweighed the life she imagined if she had lived as a rogue and pouting over parents who didn't want her seemed a silly waste of her mind.

Althea was a tutor and that was a great joy in her life, she had helped watched over the young cubs since she was an adolescence and quickly realized teaching others was a passion of hers. Not shocking since the group loved knowledge and it was how she had been raised. She made her home in a nice tree that was covered in vines and thick leaves which gave her comfort since she slept in the tree alone then moved to join the others when she went to teach. She had no pupils that day.

Althea woke with the morning light the leaves in her home tree still shining with the early morning light. She leaped down from her tree and started off into the forest to seek her breakfast.

Althea smiled and she nodded "Yes I agree it is a beautiful day, do you have any plans for this lovely day?" She asked her tone curious she fit in well with the others who loved to gain knowledge even in it's smallest form. Learning more about the other members of the group made Althea feel she belonged. There had been times when she was younger when she wondered if she should leave the pride as an adolescent. Travel the land as a rouge perhaps discover who her parents had been but she never left instead becoming a tutor. Althea had never seen the world past their forest home. She sometimes wondered what the other lands were like.

Althea shook her head "Not really, I don't have any family in the clan and no students to teach today, so just a quiet day I suppose." Which wasn't really a good thing since she hated being bored and lingering but there wasn't much to be done for it unless she decided to go exploring the forest or go study something. Her tail flicked around behind her as she looked at Dainan's handsome purple coat and pretty blue eyes. He was a handsome male leopard indeed. She laid down and looked up at him her tail still moving in a rhythmic fashion.

Althea considered Dainan's offer and she smiled back, "I see no reason why not." She said in a warm tone. She had not made any friends in the clan yet, so this would be a good start. She also wondered if she could make friends with the parents of some of her students. She didn't want to live a lonely life. Althea wanted a life full of warmth and love. "So what would you like to do then?" She asked curiously wondering what hobbies Dainan enjoyed. She enjoyed reading and studying, hunting was a nice past time, perhaps swimming? She thought of the different things as she waited for Dainan to answer her. "Humm what about swimming or fishing?" She offered her own thoughts.

Althea smiled doing both soundly lovely and like a mini vacation and Dainan was a very charming leopard. She liked him already. She laughed at his witty words and smiled. "That sounds delightful." she said in a warm tone. She lead the way down the path to the river. The sunlight sparkled on the water making for a beautiful site. Swimming and fishing with a pride mate would be a lot of fun and Althea was looking forward to the experience so without any more preamble she jumped into the cool water and started swimming towards a fish watching as the sunlight made the fishes scales sparkle. She chased after the fish unable to catch it.
