Non-Combat Outfit: Michio is normally seen wearing dark, flexible, and form-fitting clothing. Colors usually range anywhere from dark brown, dark blue, or black. He's not much for style or flair, so he tends to keep his outfits very simple and functional. Combat Outfit: Given that Michio's regular outfits work for combat, there isn't generally much he changes when preparing for a fight. Light body armor at the very most, like a traditional vest.

Nindo: One day, I will be enough. Personality: Michio is very odd, and how he interacts with someone greatly depends on the individual, in many ways based on traits that are out of their control. Given his upbringing and disposition towards shinobi with Kekkei Genkai, he will near-automatically act differently towards those who have them, even if it's a comrade. An tremendous, internalized inferiority complex spurs him to be more competitive, more aggressive with his gifted counterparts. This isn't to say that he would cross the rules over it, but someone looking from the outside could definitely tell that something was amiss.
On the other side, he is generally very agreeable to others who have no Kekkei Genkai. He feels that they are united in a struggle against a gifted world, and will generally support them in any way he can so long as they aren't of objectionable character.
Village: Uzushiogakure Title: Genin
Background: Let me begin not with Michio, but with his parents. Like him, both of his parents were born into a gifted world without the backing of powerful blood. Put more simply, his family is one with no Kekkei Genkai. Struggle as they did, there were barriers they simply couldn't cross with their power being genetically behind that of their compatriots', and often times this led to an under-fulfilled sense of purpose.
As a child, Michio saw this; his parents were afraid to introduce him to the academy straightaway as they feared he would suffer the same fate. As a result, he lived mainly at home, watching the pair who raised him deteriorate from the moment he had conscious memory. Seigen and Mara Tsukai tried as best as they could under those circumstances; under what was likely a mix of external pressure and internal toxicity. Alas, these pressures and doubts one day grew to be too much for them. It was not two days before his tenth birthday when Seigen and Mara departed the village for what would be their final mission. Unsanctioned, without notice.
Though this information was withheld from the young Michio for good reason, the autopsy suggests that both their deaths were extraordinarily horrific. Unimaginable torture and experiments had been performed on the both of them before their bodies were eventually recovered, mutilated nearly beyond recognition. To the young boy, their last mission was simply too difficult, and in an act of heroism, they gave themselves up to save their comrades. This is the story Michio carries with him to this day.
Needless to say, his days in the Academy were rough. Without the support of his parents to supply even the slightest guidance, learning the nuances of being a shinobi without the natural talent of his peers felt like an insurmountable task. In nearly every aspect he fell behind, feeling like little more than a circus freak-show as his classmates hopped, skipped, and leaped through each lesson like they were on a day trip. This is his life in the academy now; the limitless hard worker who can't see to reach the coattails of his compatriots, no matter how hard he tries.

First Class: Ninjutsu ▱▰▱ Genius Keystone → You receive an additional 5 custom technique slots to be used only on your maruton or elemental ninjutsu. Additionally, you may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Ninjutsu ninja's signature move, with power, aesthetic flair and versatility similar to a technique such as Kamui. In addition, you are able to use your third activation for any ninjutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. Second Class: Ninjutsu ▱▰▱ Ninjutsu Specialist → The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm ninjutsu of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at B rank and three at S rank regardless of the number of elements the ninja has. Your ninjutsu are not mirrored per element, but you gain an additional 3 Ninjutsu per rank up. Also allows for one handed seals.

Strengths: • Michio is considered equal to his peers in terms of jutsu usage. • Michio is very loyal to his village and to those in it. As such, he proves to be a very valuable asset to missions given his ability to stick to orders and carry them out, even with his own shortcomings. Weaknesses: • Michio is not extraordinarily skilled at hand-to-hand combat or Genjutsu. • Shinobi with Kekkei Genkai tend to make him overcompensate, which could create windows of opportunity for victory. Fears: • Self-Inadequacy. This is his single greatest fear. • Fear of drowning

Nindo: "If you don't have time, don't. But don't waste mine." Personality: Kagaku is an oxymoron of a person. Shy but outgoing, reserved but open. He is eccentric in his interest and study of different kinds of jutsu, but often finds that his social interests conflict with the time he would ordinarily spend researching new jutsu. Otherwise, he's not unpleasant to talk to or to interact with. But if he's in one of his moods where he wants to train or study, speaking to him is the same as hitting a conversational brick wall.
He is almost always cold, and wears large, pronounced robes made of warm material. More often than not, you will hear a comment about the temperature in his day-to-day speaking.
Village: Arashigakure Title: Genin
Background: Overall, Kagaku lived a well-supported lifestyle up until he entered the Academy. His parents were well off, and more so scientists/theorists than actual shinobi. It was because of this that his interest as a child was centered more around things like famous jutsu and shinobi as well as their merits. Kagaku began to read more often than anything else, studying the successes of his predecessors, and would often theorize about how they created the techniques they used. What sort of mental state required such viciously powerful jutsu? What kind of world did they come from, truly?
This scholarly interest not only in the history of the shinobi world, but its techniques, brought the young man to a very well-educated state of mind when he began his formal shinobi education. More often than not, he could be found almost entirely ignoring the instructor, with his nose deep in a book or some other literature regarding shinobi and jutsu. In many ways, he had mentally exceeded the academy and was already looking further ahead. After trouncing his teachers in very infuriating ways, his graduation was swift and near the top of his class.
However, the real kicker was when his bloodline surfaced. It was the final day of his time with the academy, and all the newly promoted Genin were starting to meet up with their parents for celebration of their accomplishment. Kagaku was likewise heading home when he was interrupted by a couple of the low-to-do Genin. A brief, mentally exhausting conversation revealed their intentions; to bully one of the top students for trying harder? Typical low-to-do nonsense.
After a brief scuffle, the two had actually managed to overwhelm him, and fists were closing in when suddenly, a potent, primordial shift occurred in Kagaku's chakra. Where normal eyes once rested, the Rinnegan had come to life. In a haze of awakened power, the young man overwhelmed them and left the pair in a heap on the ground. It was at this point that his parents scurried him away, now ready to pass down the history of their rare and prodigious blood.

Gaining the property of overwhelming all fuunjutsu will defeat techniques of the same rank unless they also overwhelm same rank, in which case they will cancel out.

[Doton at C, Fuuton at A] Chakra Color: Off-white Chakra Materialization: Kagaku's chakra manifests in a way that almost makes it look like thin, long strips of paper swaying in the wind. Very gradual and gently moving chakra.
Strengths: • Kagaku is skilled at jutsu-based combat, and has slight proficiency in physical combat. • A near-infinite thirst for knowledge and learning. He is very much a scholar. Weaknesses: • GREATLY dislikes being cold, and is as such like to avoid Hyoton users as much as possible. • Though he is trained to some extent in physical combat, he isn't extremely potent. Fears: • Freezing to death • Expiring, or reaching the limit of what he can learn/do. Fears the feeling of being finite.
