Since separating from her father, Nara had found a nice residence in the Pridelands. However, just like every journey her time there was coming to an end. Nara was older, she had long since grown out of her cub hood fat, to a elegant goddess. Her pendant had been returned, a thankful gesture she towards the Chauvinism god. How he retrieved it she didn't know, and likely would never find out.
The goddess turned her head back, seeing the lingering landmark just on the horizon. "Goodbye~" she said with a small smile. She enjoyed the Pridelands, but wasn't ready to call the pride her home. She didn't know where to go.
With no others around, Nara shifted into her eagle form, spreading her wings as she took flight.

The god paused for a moment, looking toward the horizon as if deep in thought. Though he often kept tabs on his children (through his own secret channels), he could not have known exactly where his daughter was at that moment. It was her journey, and her path, she had to take it on her own.
Well, he knew where she wasn't, and he did have an idea of the general area she had last visited (what, you thought he didn't know? A father always knows), if he travelled that direction, he was sure to cross her path. At least, that was the plan. If he was unable to find, he knew here to search and who to ask.
A thoughtful flick of his tail, the god began his search.

Nara's beady eyes scanned the grounds as she flew. She always found a fascination with the mortals, and gods alike. Sometimes she came across the deities that were hidden in a mortal disguised like she currently was, while other times they were out in their full glory.
So when she spotted the large wings of another on the ground, she wasn't too surprised. Upon closer look with her eagle eyes, she noted the form to be quite familiar. A god she hadn't seen in a long while. (Was it truly a long time for a god? For Nara, perhaps).
The eagle circled above, letting her shadow loom over Griffith's form, before swopping down, materializing in her larger goddess form before her 'father'.
"Daddy~!" Nara cooed, a purr erupting him her maw as she nuzzled into the larger god's fluffy mane. "I have missed you."

A flicker of movement had caught his attention, a moving shadow pulling his gaze toward the sky. A smile crossed his maw as his eyes met a familiar form soaring above. Even in her eagle form, he would know the young goddess anywhere, the youngest of his children.
"Nara! It is good to see you."
A quiet purr, his head lowered in a gentle nuzzle against his daughter. Joy swelled in his chest as she called him father, to feel the bond from her past life again as strong as it had ever been.
"I have missed you too, little one. Though you seem to have grown since last I saw you."
No, she was no longer the little cub she had once been, nor the teenager who had set off on her own journey. Before him not stood the mature goddess, the one he had always known she would grow to be.

"Ha, maybe I have."
The older god laughed, a playful nudge against his daughter. Of course he had not shrunk, it was most certainly Nara who had grown since he'd last seen her, even if she did not see it herself.
"Of course not, I'm tougher than I look."
Griffith rolled his eyes, a quietly indignant huff at her implication. The rogues who had injured him had been lucky only because they had outnumbered him. The injury had not even been that bad, and it had healed just fine, there was barely even a ruffle in his fur where there may or may not have been a scar. Hmph, he'd done far worse to them then they had to him, so maybe they had not been so lucky.
"Nothing especially interesting I'm afraid."
A smile, his life had been far more interesting with the young cub in his life (and more terrifying).
