One of my co-workers at the theater has a personalized Star Wars saber. I can't remember which company he got his through but it's pretty impressive looking. He got a double blade saber.

If it's one of the nice ones with lights, sounds, and designed for contact then it's probably one of these four sites. They're nice. I've always thought about getting one. but.... 1. where would I put it? 2. what would I do with it? 3. I was laid off i can't afford it. 4. it's a lot of money for an expensive prop replica, that I'd customize to not be based off a saber and therefore not be a prop replica.

The blades on my co-worker's saber can be taken apart utilizing a tool, so you can easily condense it down to easily store. Or change it from a double blade to a single blade. Whichever suits your fancy. But yeah... they can be pretty spendy if you're doing an authentic replica. Especially if you are trying to be economically intelligent right now.

Yeah, the blade should be removable with a tool (important for a visual prop with a more vibrant color versus a less vibrant but contact blade) Still have to store the blades somewhere. It's still pretty expensive though. Most are about 350-800.

Really the same as the cheaper lightsabers that get mass produced for stores to sell. compared to those, those are the premium customs.

I got the lightsaber I have a Fourth of July celebration for like $15 or something. The lightsaber blade can change between 3-4 different colors, changing when hitting something (or just swinging hard enough, lol). Lights up and makes sounds (general hum and turn off/on sound, swooshing sound, and bash sound). Then the end has a little disco ball thing that lights up too, lol. xd

You can do whatever you want in your Free Time usually. I hope this helps answer your question. Take care of yourself!
