Kosta was bored. She had been lazing atop the same small outcrop for hours, and though her recent meal was now much more comfortable in her belly, she longed for something to spark her interest and take her away into the next part of the day. She rolled onto her back and stretched her paws toward the sky, yawning as she stretched and producing a sort of sighing roar in the process. It was probably the best stretch of the whole day so far, and it was certainly satisfying. She paused for a moment with her legs folded close to her chest, and then heaved herself back over onto her side and sat up a little.
Her bright green eyes gazed out over what little lay beneath this outcrop she had chosen to call her own for time being. It was an alright spot, as far as resting places could go. There was no water close to here, but she knew where to find it if need be. The strangely marked lioness yawned once more, her eyes squinting and ears tilting backward as her muzzle stretched wide. There it was again, that feeling of boredom.
Perhaps she would get up and search for unique stones near this outcrop. Kosta found it to all be a rather bland colour, but this collector knew that the most precious things appear just as plain more often than not. She began to lick her front legs and paws lazily, her ears twitching about listening to the world around her as she cleaned herself.
