After being defeated in the Land of Iron, Botenmaru vowed to never fail his new friend and future Lord, Satoshi. Botenmaru would travel to Gimangakure and scour the land of crooks and criminals to find what he wanted. Power. The best place to look? The ruins of the most established criminal organization, Kogarashi Institute.

Steel crushed rubble underfoot. As Botenmaru moved boldly through what once remained of the Gimangakure district that housed the Kogarashi Institute, all eyes would turn to him in wonder and suspicion. While having no ties with Kogarashi, he had heard plenty of tales that the institute once held the most twisted and brilliant minds in history. Through reports gathered with his ill-minded contacts, he'd heard of the unfortunate fate of the founder of Kogarashi. He'd been known to have secret laboratories from his time in Kirigakure and was most likely continuing genetic research in the facility here as well.
Botenmaru would stop and look around, gathering that from his intelligence, this was the center of the former building. "Finally" He murmured, clasping his hands together before chakra began to crackle between them. As he pulled his hands apart, a black steel object would begin to manifest from the palms that would ultimately take the shape of a steel war fan or gunbai in size and width but retained the form of a giant blade. With both hands, Botenmaru grasped the weapon and would hoist the massive weapon over his shoulder before swinging it with all his might, sending the debris and rubble coating the earth flying into other parts of the city.
The maelstrom of Kogarashi remains would impact still standing buildings like meteors and send other structures tumbling, screams echoing out as any who remaining in the shadows to watch would decide it was against their best interests. Silence fell as Botenmaru would use the thermal detection function of his helmet to find a cold spot beneath the earth formed like a perfect square. A door, clearly. This trapdoor would be his entry way. With a might thrust of the weapon, the entry gave way, the hulking knight dropping with a heavy thud into the laboratory of a long forgotten foe of the world; Takumi Saegahara.

Personal Attributes • Will of Steel: The user's endurance cap is raised by 1 point so long as their endurance does not exceed 9. In addition, their rock hard natural skin gains immunity from two physical status effects of choice with the exception of frostbite and dehydration. [ Chosen: Paralysis, Trauma ] • Forge Master: At creation, the user may choose Armor Smithing or Weapon Smithing. The character begins at Apprentice Status in that chosen crafting profession. The user is able to use their Steel Release's metals to forge all weapons and armor they create with durability that matches their body rank. In addition, each weapon or armor crafted this way gains an additional ability unique to that weapon that must utilize the clan's abilities in some way. Finally, items created this way can be freely absorbed into the body and expelled by paying an E Rank amount of chakra with no activation for each item removed during combat in this method. • Iron Tomb: All the user's techniques that would cause petrification in a target are instead changed to metal as they have their flesh's structure changed into steel. This metal element being added to the petrification status causes all petrification to occur at the next highest tier as well as adding an additional cost of the user's body rank in chakra to break the limb free. • Heavy Armor Specialist: Botenmaru's armor is able to endure one additional strike of it's durability level before it degrades. This effect can only be used once every three posts. • Endless Aegis: Botenmaru's shield is treated as heavy armor instead of a weapon, giving any drawbacks standard heavy armor would along with it's defense rating. • Bootyenmaru: Botenmaru's fascination with piracy demonstrated by Satoshi grants him and anyone in his crew ( party/group ) double rewards for Ryo.
Discipline & Cross Class Abilities • Juggernaut [ Bukijutu ] | The user suffers no restrictions of movement or drawbacks from any armor tier they wear and it requires no slot consumption from the Inventory System. In addition, armor they are actively wearing are increased by two ranks in durability and techniques that are increased in effectiveness against armor do not gain that bonus against the user. The user gains a moderate boost to strength and fortitude. Once every three posts, the user is able to defend an attack without paying an activation for the technique, instead spending it upon an offensive action if the user chooses. • Combat Medic [ Medical ] | Shinobi of this discipline gain the ability to pay for their simple taijutsu as complex. This does not alter its strength in collisions in any way from a standard simple technique. The user's body is more attuned to adrenaline, which allows them to receive a benefit from their techniques which use them every other post versus every three post. In addition, the user gains a slight descriptive in a chosen stat per body rank but must utilize all increases in the same descriptive. The user's body is treated with the durability of medium armor without any drawbacks. Furthermore the medical learning reductions gained from this class also count towards taijutsu learning reductions. The shinobi gains three tai slots, one at D rank, one at C rank, and then one at A-ranked. Finally, the user is able to augment their Genesis Rebirth Technique. Not only does this discipline allow the user to utilize the technique twice, but each time the user is restored of 250 chakra. The user also deals with trauma they receive at one rank less than other ninja. • Medical-Bukijutsu | The user is able to slash their weapon at a target, applying a healing technique to it and casting it upon the target. Every three posts the user is able to combine offensive medical ninjutsu with a bukijutsu technique for one activation, paying only the resource cost every three posts. Medical techniques cast in this manner cost five chakra less per rank of the technique.

Gimangakure was long forgotten to everyone except petty thugs and bandits who hid in it's ruins and it wasn't uncommon for them to come poking around, however there had never been such a commotion overhead. " Oh? Shinobi? " he coyly whispered to himself. A string of hand signs would be woven before releasing a chilled wave over the area, ensuring the samples kept underground weren't comprimised with the new burst of warm air from above. He wondered what was actually left there, he'd only traveled through the Kamui Dimmension to this place and had only stepped foot in a small peasant village in the land of fire some years ago.
The thud from above would echo out as the trap door that was hidden by Takumi's devices almost a decade ago would be splintered open. From the opening, a towering man armored in black steel would land without a word before him, just after Takumi had concealed his physical form from the intruder.
