I like the first one better, but the second one's gonna be easier to get.

How is the second one easier? It's got a Coco, a Chyaku Norisu Scarf, and Lunar Cloak added to it as opposed to the first one in which I'd only need a Lunar Cloak and Red Aero-D top.
