That seems to be the general trend of logic used by most people... however, that's not to say that 'holy' powers of light can't be abused for evil purposes, and likewise is not to say that dark 'black magic' type powers can't be used for a good purpose.
pirate But really I think it's the fault of most authors and such these days. They are the ones who continue the logical-yet-not-entirely-true theory that light=good, dark=evil. Watch me, I'll be the first author to convey the contrary message I stated above...
stare Well, actually, the themes of anti-heroes and the use of darkness for good and vice versa have already been played out by other authors and writers, lending the the moral ambiguity of popular culture.
